This is one of those truly special homes that you really must see to believe! Full of amazing amenities and things to do you will have a spectacular time making memories at this home. The large, open living space features a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of dining space at the plantation table or the cozy kitchen nook. Curl up reading a book and taking in the views from the picture windows. Play a game in the game room inside with game table and shuffleboard or try some ping pong on the table in the garage. A half bath can be found on the main level as well as a full washer and dryer in the mud room. The downstairs master suite has a King bed and private en suite bath with full shower, soaking tub, double vanity, large walk in closet, and access to the back deck with hot tub. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with Queen bed, and one with a Twin XL over Queen bunk. There is a full bath with tub/shower. The upstairs "apartment suite" has a King bed plus Sofa Sleeper, a full kitchenette, private upper balcony deck access, and its own private en suite bath with shower. The amazing backyard retreat has a private pond, a creek flowing through, and a kids tree house, not to mention the beautiful surrounding mountain views. Have fun making food or watching the big game in the outdoor bbq area with gas grill and pizza oven plus a fire pit bar and outdoor TV. There is a small, partially fenced area if you are bringing along your pet. This home has a great central location to downtown and Purgatory Ski Resort so you can be at many activities within a short drive.
