Less than 5 Minutes to the Golf Course and 3 minutes to Port A Airstrip if you are flying in.5 Minutes to Town for the Marinas to catch your Fishing Boat or for Shopping and Dining.The Fun n The Sun Beach House Includes
King Master Down with Large Tub and Separate Shower, King Room Up with Balcony for Ocean Views, Full Size Up and Down Bunks in the 3rd room up. Every room includes TVs.Our kitchen is large and open to the living room and dining room. Our Home is Nice and Bright with Lots of Fun Artwork. We Provide Beach Chairs, Horseshoes, and Plenty of Toys to take to the Beach. We have a large Charcoal Grill in the Fenced Backyard to grill Your Catch of the Day! This Home is also Perfect for The Winter Texan! Fun Murals! Our Home is not on stilts so no steps to walk in. 3 DAY Minimum on Holidays.

My Husband grew up in Missouri and owns Lonestar Excavating so he plays in the dirt. He Builds Roads, Golf Courses, Lakes, Ponds, Building Pads and such.

Why they chose this property

We take great pride in our beach house and love being there when we can. I am always striving to make it better for my guests. We added reclaimed wood floors up the steps and upstairs so no carpet. Check out the new colors upstairs.
