Very clean unit that was perfect for two families with kids. King bed was super comfy. The kids enjoyed the pullout couch. Nice balcony back porch for a cup of coffee. Couple of minutes to the boat ramp and cafe. Our host Sami Grace was one of the best I have dealt with. Communication for check in/parking/ boat parking, check out etc. was phenomenal. She was very responsive & helpful!
