50th Birthday Weekend

The house was exactly as advertised! Recently updated and Gorgeous inside and out! Slept 9 of us with 2 bunks and a pull out couch to spare. Tons of seating inside and out. The gas firepit was awesome. The hot tub was even better. The driveway was legit steep and there were lots of flights of stairs to get in but that view was epic! Thanks Brittany & Jay for making an oasis on the lake for people to enjoy!!

Awesome experience, house was top notch!!! This is not a critique but just an FYI for the next visitors, if your particular about the cookware or Ute use you use bring your own. Im sure less curious guests ruin it when they break or steal nice things in the kitchen so if your like me just bring the things you want.

We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location. The lake view is amazing and truly the highlight of the property—a beautiful setting for spending time together and enjoying the area.A few maintenance items could make the home even more comfortable. The pans need replacing, and the stove knobs should be checked. The dining table was wobbly, the first-floor toilet seat kept moving, and a few bedroom sliding doors need attention. We also noticed a mildew smell in the laundry area, loose tiles near the kids’ bedroom and bathroom, and many bugs/spiders throughout the porches, ceilings, and entrance areas(needed power wash). In addition, there was a green, gooey substance that may indicate a leak near the porch.These issues did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay, but addressing them would improve the home’s overall condition and guest experience.
