Close to downtown Blacksburg, hot tub, sleeps 7!

We are offering a newly-renovated apartment for short-term rental (except in December, January, and May-August when we will do longer weekly or monthly rentals). The 1100 total square foot apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom One has a queen bed, and Bedroom 2 (the bunk room) has a queen and three twin beds. In addition, there are two spacious living areas, a kitchenette with washer/dryer, two Roku TV's, good cell service, fast internet and shared access to a hot tub. It also has on street parking and a separate private entrance. It is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Pets are not allowed. Check in available 3pm and check out by 11am. The apartment is a minimum two-night stay and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIRGINIA TECH FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, OR FOR GRADUATIONS. THE WHOLE HOUSE, HOWEVER, CAN BE RENTED FOR FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, AND GRADUATIONS (Click here).
The room price is $125 per night for up to two guests on weeknights, and $150 for two guests on weekends. After the first two guests, each additional guest is $30 per person, per night. There are no additional charges (taxes, cleaning fees, etc).

There are occasional weekends (parents weekend, move-in, move-out, stepping out, etc) where prices for rooms will be higher than the aforementioned. Those weekends will be priced accordingly, however they'll be priced lower than hotels.
One-half deposit (non-refundable) is due to reserve the space, and the remainder (also non-refundable) is required before occupancy. We will email house instructions (which include door codes, internet passwords, etc) once we receive the first deposit.
