Lovely mountain estate on 32 acres of private land and protected forest, adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest. Upscale accommodations, private, discreet, stunning views, indoor/outdoor living space, custom European design, vaulted ceilings, peaceful solitude.






H7 at Hope Mountain features 50 windows that open to expansive mountain views. This home is in a remote, private location, yet only 20 minutes from resort activities. Each luxury suite includes a ensuite with shower, writing desk and/or reading nook. We have a large library loft area upstairs with amazing views and outdoor decks. Our home has a fabulous chef's kitchen that opens to a dining table for 12 with additional seating available. This is the perfect getaway for up to six couples, a wonderful place for family reunions, small corporate retreats, and a perfect venue for an intimate wedding (up to 40 people for day use only). Guest accommodations at this vacation home offers an unheated indoor pool, private hot tub and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies. Cooking and dining accommodations are well appointed for large meal prep and with entertaining in mind. Smart televisions come with DVD players. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include safes and phones. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and hair dryers.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require the guest to be contacted for payment as follows:
$400.00 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$400.00 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $123, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$60.00 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $60 each)
$60.00 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $60 each)




What to be aware of:

- No Central AC
- Minimum age 25 yrs old to rent this home. 
- No parking in garage.
- POOL NOT HEATED
- Home is on a slow producing well. Great water - but showers only.
- Jacuzzi tubs in bedrooms are NOT available for usage due to slow producing well.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and pool area.
- No children in the outdoor hot tub under 12 years of age. 12-18 year old must be accompanied by an adult in the outdoor hot tub.
- Events are allowed with 40 person max during day time. Only 15 persons allowed overnight.
- No Smoking or vaping inside of the home.
- No Smoking anywhere on the property.
- No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 9pm.
- This is a mountain setting where we limit outside lights at night. Please Bring a Flashlight!
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't be repaired for guest use, management will refund the hot tub fee.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not leave food on decks or in cars. Lock car doors.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
