This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo located on Fountain Drive West in Sunset Island is waiting for you and your family to make a beach memory! With-in walking distance to pools, shops, on-site dining. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare big breakfasts and evening dinners for the family. Keep your sandy beach items in our private storage room, where you will find a beach cart and 4 beach chairs available for use during your stay. Bring your sunscreen...the beach is waiting for you! Contact free check-in and keyless entry for your convenience. No stopping at a rental office!

Three bedrooms provide a King and 2 Queen beds, with a Queen sleep sofa in the Living Room. Two full bathrooms and a side-by-side washer & dryer make this condo perfect for a week long stay or a romantic weekend getaway. The fitness room and heated indoor pool are open year round, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool and bayside beach. If you prefer surfing the waves, the ocean is within walking distance too!

~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!
