We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The property was clean and well appointed. Property manager was very responsive with any questions. Check in process was smooth. Plenty of space to spread out for two families. This was ideal for us. Thanks for making our stay at 30a memorable.

Super clean upon arrival, tons of space for 11people, 3 very comfortable master suites. Communication with the rental group was great, they always responded promptly. Great location. The only issue was the construction around the entire house from 6am until 6pm. I was shocked they wouldn’t wait til 8am. Fortunately, we weren’t in the house very much, but it was definitely a bummer when we were there.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We however, do wish we would’ve had more information about the active construction site that caused us to not have access to the outdoor shower, outdoor seating areas. There is no longer green space next to this property. We also did not have access to the beach bikes like stated in the reservation link. The location is wonderful. The home was beautiful and well cared for. Amazing for large parties visiting the area. Also enjoyed the shuttle service to the beach!

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette trip. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, and it worked well for a larger group. There were also beach chairs and other beach items available for use, which we were not aware of beforehand and ended up being a really nice bonus.That said, the stay was just okay overall due to a few issues. The biggest concern was the amount of construction happening directly outside the home. It started early in the morning and continued until around 5–6 PM each day. The construction was right outside the windows, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the outdoor areas during the daytime.I did reach out to VRBO management, and while they could not really do anything about the situation, they were kind and responsive throughout the process.We also noticed what appeared to be blood spatters on some of the extra pillows and blankets stored in the closet, which made us question whether those linens had been properly cleaned prior to our stay.Overall, the property itself had potential and some nice features, but the construction and cleanliness concerns took away from the experience.
