Relaxing Mountain Cabin with Stunning Views of Lake Wenatchee

Nestled in a quiet, tree lined location with views of Lake Wenatchee is a two story prow front home plus a daylight basement for you to enjoy. The home has lake access across the street and trailhead to Dirtyface Mountain a few hundred feet away for an abundance of activities right from the home.

Other activities during the summer include fishing, white water rafting, tubing down the Wenatchee River, great places to hike, mountain bike, golf and horseback ride. Winter activities include downhill skiing at nearby Steven’s Pass (30 minutes), cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and snow shoeing.

The charming Bavarian town of Leavenworth is less than 30 minutes away with lots of shops, restaurants and fun activities to experience. Enjoy the seasonal festivals held there.

The rustic, mountain-themed floor plan boasts over 2400 s.f. and features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a loft, daylight basement and an oversized deck including screened in area during mosquito season. The main floor has a great room with gas fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has a large eating bar. A master bedroom, with a queen bed and a full bath finish out the main floor. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The open loft area has a daybed with trundle and is a great place to relax; read, do puzzles and play cards/board games. The full basement features a huge bonus room with a third bathroom, and a curtained off area with two twin beds that can be separate or side by side. The bonus room has a pool table and entertainment center. The hot tub just out the door. The large, south facing deck overlooks the yard and lake – excellent for relaxing or soaking up the sun! The deck wraps around to the BBQ, screened area and front entry. This is a wonderful setting, waiting for you to enjoy.

The "cabin" totally blew us away. There were 10 of us and everyone had plenty of room and space to all be together whether we were chatting in the great room or playing pool in the basement. Everyone had an actual bed and I was told the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable! The view from the main floor and deck -- BREATHTAKING!

Why they chose this property

Enjoying the four seasons; the fun on the lake in the summer, the vibrant fall colors in the cool, crisp air, the excitement while playing in the snow, and the new growth in the spring. This area has it all while being close to festivals in Leavenworth and easy access from Seattle.

What makes this property unique

The cabin is only 30 minutes away from Stevens Pass for prime access to wonderful downhill skiing. Lake Wenatchee State Park hosts cross country/snow shoe trails and a sledding hill during the winter. Beach access for tons of summer fun on the water! Our cabin has shared access to the lake. Docks there are on private property, please respect and do not use. There is an abundance of hiking/biking trails to enjoy year round.

Leavenworth is only 20 minutes away for a fun Bavarian village experience with many festivals to enjoy. There are several wineries to experience in the nearby vicinity.

This is not used just as a rental, this is our second home. Come see the difference.
