Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo and all amenities in the community. Guests may not access the locked owners closet in the kitchen.

About the Area:
The neighborhood is very safe and there are 4 guards on site 24/7. The guards check ID for every person who enters the premises. We have two security cameras outside for your protection (no cameras inside). There are stores, restaurants and a cenote within walking distance.

Tulum is a small, paradisiacal town renowned for its archaeological sites and as the gateway to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, one of the most lush ecosystems on the planet. This includes coral reefs, an abundant tropical jungle, dunes, and cenotes. Tulum boasts fine sandy beaches, unique in their beauty, and pyramids overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The town hosts concerts featuring international artists and attracts a global audience. Getting Around:
Get a rental car or take an ADO Bus from either airport, Cancun or Tulum. Once you get to Tulum, take a taxi or combi van to Aldea Tulum Plus (use GPS). If going by taxi, be sure to ask the driver how many pesos before you get in. Once you get to the guard station, go to the right and continue straight. You will have to turn left at the end, turn left into the first driveway. The condo will be on the right, it is the corner unit. Building T-46, Unit A-1. The parking is parallel to the hallway. We have two assigned parking spaces.

NOTE:

- Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the condo. Ceiling fans can remain on.

- We ask that you help us conserve energy and turn off all A/C units when you are not in the condo.

- We offer beach and pool towels for your convenience. Please be sure to return them all to the condo before check out to avoid fees.

- Smoking or vaping inside the house or in the patio are strictly prohibited. We will charge a $200 fine if this rule is broken.

- Parties are not allowed here. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm as there are full time residents in the building.
