Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Welcome to our warm and comfy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that offers a primary bedroom with a great king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Your family will love the sofa with a sleeper bed and over-sized lounge chair- sink into comfort after a long day on the beach! Located on the ground floor of Two Town Center, this condo is the perfect location from which to enjoy fishing at Lake Colby or the evening activities in the Town Center.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Shells on the Beach is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shells on the Beach the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Construction going on, but besides the occasional piece of equipment moving something, it did not alter our stay.

Charming stay at Shells on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this rental. The location was perfect! It was in walking distance to the main square, restaurants/shops, and the dune pool. It was extremely convenient that it was on the first floor and we had 2 designated parking spots outside the door. This was useful for our toddler. We do recommend getting a golf cart to ride to the beach, but it was great the property dropped it off at your front door and picked it up for you. The only drawback was there was 3 fire ant piles by the parking spots so we had to be careful bringing our toddler to and from the condo. There was also hair on the washer machine and it needed to be cleaned better. However, we will be back to stay here! We loved it.

Great location, great size for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect location, being on the ground floor and the patio facing Town Center. We were able to watch our children cross the street safely and play on the lawn. It was so nice to be able to walk to the lawns and restaurants. We used our golf cart to drive to pools and the beach. It was clean and comfortable. I am giving it 4 stars because there was quite a bit of “wear and tear”...doors were sticking, gaps in exterior doors, a few outlets didn’t work, lots of chipped paint. I completely understand this type of stuff occurs over time, especially when it’s a highly rented unit. However, I think it is important to note that some maintenance is needed.

The location of Town Center is amazing. The room was clean and so beautiful which isn’t a surprise for Cinnamon Shore. We are looking to come back again in November.

The back door needs new insulation strip since you can see daylight coming through toward the floor. Otherwise, the condo is excellent.

The pools were ideal for our 3 generations, especially the toddler. The sun shelf on every pool is huge; plenty of seating, etc.

It was a bottom floor property with no stairs and that was the main selling point for us since stairs are a challenge for some in our group. We were disappointed that the chair and umbrella rental was cancelled because that was the main reason we stayed there but it was an enjoyable stay nonetheless. We would definitely stay there again.

The ice machine for fridge was not working, but the supplied some type of portable ice maker. The ice maker had no instructions on how to use and had dead bugs in it, so we never used it. The only other problem was the cable did not work properly in the living area. We signed into our Disney network and used. that during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had some of the same issues that we had requested to be fixed but still not fixed. Water dispenser in refrigerator but no icemaker.Countertop ic maker doesn't work. Dishes in cupboard past the first shelf cannot be reached as they are too high. Need a step stool. Fitted sheets don't fit the bed so they pop up.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process and staff were helpful. The unit was less than desirable with an awkward setup in the kitchen. Power outlets aren't obvious and easily accessible. The furnishings in the living and dining room were a bit dated and not representative of most units in Cinnamon Shores. Considering the fees were the equivalent of one night's stay at the property, a weekend visit isn't a value and this units furnishings, in and outside weren't ideal, even if just for 4 people.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was missing a lot of conveniences; i.e., fast enough WiFi, enough task/lamp lighting, master closet lighting, permanent towel bars, permanent toilet paper holders, enough power plugs, few rugs, dining table chairs were not comfortable, kitchen sink water faucet ran on after shutoff.

Recent stay at Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Cinnamon Shores and have already booked for next year. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Just a couple of things to work on. A new toaster is needed as the lever is broken on the one there. Also the casement sliding door to the bathroom needs to be fixed. 8f you close the door it locks on the outside part of the door and you can't reopen it. Also a larger trash can is needed. There were only 4 forks so I needed to purchase more.

Very Nice Room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the room and grounds - very nice and clean. We were disappointed in the food and drinks at Dylan's (the pizza was soggy and my husband's cocktail was not drinkable) as well as the sweat stand was supposed to be open but was not. We enjoyed listening to the bands over the weekend. We also had requested to pay for an extra half day on Sunday as we fished that morning and would not be done before check out. We were told we would receive a phone call on Saturday to confirm if that was possible; we did get a phone call but not until Sunday when we were on the boat fishing, which was too late.

The condo was beautifully furnished and had a great location across from the restaurant. We rental beach chairs and an umbrella every day and a golf cart. We had a great dining experience at the restaurant and the pizza place. We hated to leave. Thinking of buying in the future.
