Coral sunsets abound at one of Cinnamon Shore's only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner condominiums. You are steps away from two stocked fishing ponds, three luxurious community pools, community fire pit, restaurants & coffee shop, and two private beach accesses. This spacious second-floor unit has over 1,100 square feet of living space for you to enjoy. It features high ceilings, plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, smart TVs, two large balconies and much more, making it the perfect place for a family beach getaway!

The modern coastal décor provide an elegant and comfortable setting for you to unwind and have fun. Kids will enjoy the accommodations just as much as adults, whether watching their favorite show on cable television or a Blu-ray/DVD on one of the two HDTVs. They won’t want to leave! Wi-Fi internet access is available in case you have some pending office work to finish while the family is at the pool, fishing or building sand castles at the beach.

Enjoy an outdoor family meal on the balcony picnic table with peaks of Lake Colby, or read a book while sitting in a super comfortable adirondack chair. While the kids are sleeping, you will be tempted to sit outside and enjoy your favorite cocktail or glass of wine. On one balcony, you can catch the view of the lake, or you can enjoy live music from the balcony facing the Town Center.

After a fun day at the beach, you can retreat to the master suite with private bath and spacious walk-in closet. Relax and watch TV, or take a nap on the king-size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress.

Whether adults or kids are staying in the second bedroom, they will feel special sleeping in the custom-built twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath. The attached bathroom also has a convenient double vanity.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Coral Sunset is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Coral Sunset the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great Stay!

Loved the patios and being able to eat and sit outdoors. We loved the bunk bedroom for the kiddos. We also loved that the condo was really kid friendly. They had step stools, pack and play, highchair, and loved that the front door had a top lock on it with toddlers. Made us feel comfortable at night. We had the best time and would most definitely go back and stay again!

We had one issue - The dishes in the cabinets were dirty when we arrived. The soap did not dispense in the dishwasher and the dishes were put up dirty. We didn't notice it right away and then had to wash them all. Also, it would have been great to have 1 or 2 coffee filters for the first morning after we arrived. Otherwise, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much.

Smoked Out Of My Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, baby and I are leaving our Cinnamon Shore “vacation” early. After calling the resort to ask if it was a smoke-free resort as we were traveling with our baby daughter, I booked a stay in Coral Sunset (TC 2205). When we arrived, the rusted out doorknob literally fell off in my hand. We were greeted by mold in the shower and an overall dank smell in both the unit and many of the communal indoor spaces as though it had been poorly repaired after hurricane damage. But the fun didn’t stop there. We went out onto our balcony and were immediately overwhelmed with cigarette smoke courtesy of two chain smokers two units over. When I called the rental office, I inquired again if the resort was smoke free to which they responded yes and that they’d get them to stop. But then they were smoking again all evening and again this morning so I went to the rental office in person where the manager on duty, Amanda, let me know that they can’t do anything (despite that unit also being rented by Cinnamon Shore) unless they decided to “give up smoking and live a healthy lifestyle”. Oh and my remaining days are non-refundable and they won’t do a single thing to remedy my complaints. Such a nightmare dealing with this place. I will never return here and hope other families traveling take note that they may as well take their children to a smoky Vegas casino.

Overall a good visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Coral Sunset overall. I appreciate that the condo was clean and had plenty of towels, soap, and other essentials. The location was great. We walked to the restaurants and the green. Cons- the keypad on the door did not work. The key the front desk gave us also did not work. Each time we tried to enter the condo we had to enter the code 10 or more times before it would open. Eventually we were completely locked out. When I told the office, they quickly had someone come and replace the batteries. He also looked at our key and told us it did not go to the door, which we already knew. Even after he replaced the batteries to the key pad, it still did not consistently work. We ended up using the key for the remainder of the trip. Also, there was a horrible stench in the condo starting on the first night we arrived. It lasted for a full 24hrs. We opened the doors, but it was very strong. My guess is someone above or next to us was cooking something. If the stench had continued, we would have asked to move was that bad! Just something to consider if you are thinking of renting a condo with neighbors.

Perfect condo for a beach family trip

It was perfect for families with small children. The balcony overlooking the live music at night was great for after kids were in bed. The extra parking spot right next to the stairs/elevator was so handy for going to and from. Plastic plates and the quality of the cooking utinsels was so nice to cook breakfast and lunches at the condo. The step stools, high chair and extra blankets etc were all very accommodating and made this condo a great one for small kids.

Our kids loved eating meals at the bar seating on the island and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking to main circle in the evenings to listen to music and relax. Parking was easy with two assigned spaces, one of which is right outside the stairs, so we could easily load on the golf cart and go. The resort was busy but never felt over crowded and we always felt like there was something to do. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. My only wishes to add would be more kid friendly cups in the unit, they were all glass, and something to clean countertops with.

Located right on main green area and very close to food/coffee while only being about 5 min walk to the beach. Condo was in great shape, we loved that it had a pack in play! Customer service was very helpful when we had questions. Only drawbacks to the community: wish there were more food choices onsite, the mosquitos were rather aggressive and the resort needs sprayed a lot more. Great vacation, will return!
