One Stay at Jamaican Me Happy and you'll understand the name!!

JAMACIAN ME HAPPY isnt just a name, its how you will feel staying here. Everything we wanted in a beach get away, bright relaxing and just steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed the private pool, mornings on the dock and evenings ended in a beautiful sunset. Comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with everything you need, just perfect. The only thing I disliked about it was leaving. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the view of the backyard area. With the pool and lake and we grilled out twice. It was beautiful. It’s very safe with the gates. The property was very comfortable for my family. Would like to return again.

You cannot beat this quiet gated community across the street from the beach, grocery and everything one should need. The house and pool back up to Jamaica Lake which provides such a beautiful view. The pool is the perfect size and stayed warm for us our whole trip in early April.

Family of 8, We stayed a total of 4 nights, the house was as listed. We loved having the extra amenities in the house, the house was clean, the pool was heated very nice and relaxing, but that sunset was to die for. My family will definitely be back for another stay, I would recommend this place being called Jamaican Me Happy because it did just that!

What a wonderful, comfortable home in a small gated community on a serene lake near all of Panama City Beach attractions. Perfect for a small family or anyone wanting to relax at a private heated pool and just 5-10 minutes to area restaurants and shopping. The beach is literally down and across the street. If you're looking for a simple relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place.

THIS IS A DOLL HOUSE!!! The owners are AWESOME.

The house is SO CUTE and so well put together, Custom Kitchen and coffee bar area. In fact, so many nice touches and features too numerous to mention. The Beds are simply the best, most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on! In fact asked the manager if we could get the brand and order info. The kids caught bream off the dock, they were so excited. The location of the home could not be better. On a gated street right on the Bay/Walton County line and about 2 miles or so from Rosemary Beach. Beach is a block away, not crowded, easy access. The owers left us plenty of beach chairs, toys, even a wagon to pull gear and kids back and forth to the beach. The pool is perfect size, we paid to heat the pool to 88 degrees, so we could swim any time. Just an unbelievable home in a wonderful location.

Amazing!!

We had the absolute best time. Swimming in the pool, fishing in the lake, eating Bayou Bill's, Sharky's, playing Top Golf, go-karts, the Pirate Show! A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach which is less crowded than most Panama City Beaches and so beautiful. The location was great and we were able to quickly and conveniently drive to any restaurants or activities we wanted to including Pier Park. As for the house itself, it had all the amenities we could hope for and they were all in excellent condition. The outdoor shower and water hoses were nice to wash off sand from the beach before diving into the pool. The living room was very spacious and we were all able to lounge and watch movies together before bed. Loved this spot and the memories made here and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect!

I cannot say enough about this place. It more than exceeded our expectations. It was SUPER clean and nice. That is a major plus for me as I am extremely picky with cleanliness. The amenities also exceeded our expectations. We didn’t need for anything when it come to cooking and eating at the house. The pool is clean, private, and well maintained. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Also…. Huge bonus….. access to the beach was super close. You walk to the end of the street…. Cross the road and the public access walkway was right there. Having a golf cart will make the process even easier as you can park on the side of the road right at the access. We will most definitely come back!
