HARBOUR TOWER 712 is a lovely coastal two bedroom, two bathroom condo with the blue colors of the sparkling waters below offered in the room for you to enjoy. Resort Harbour Properties provides vacationers a comfortable visit with a Gulf view at Sanibel Harbour. In addition to daily sunsets, this condo features newer appliances, furniture and accessories. Well-coordinated and very comfortable offereing a King bed in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom and sleeper sofa. Check out views of the Gulf from the screened-in balcony and master bedroom. Enjoy a bite to eat while watching the dophins play below. A great choice in a Fort Myers vacation rental condominium is found here!

Neighborhood: The Punta Rassa inlet is located just before the Sanibel Island causeway bridge. It is a great location to explore Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and the Fort Myers city. Sweeping water views make for a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Getting Around: If you choose to enjoy a short visit to Harbout Tower, a car is not necessary. With the Sanibel Harbour Marriott restaurants next door, and the kitchen in your condo, you can accomplish all within a short walk. A car is recommended for exploring the local area.

Guest Interaction: We welcome you to our offices, which can be found in the Bay View Tower and the Harbour Tower on the ground level across from the pool, however, you are not required to check in with us, with your check-in instructions sent to you directly.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location on the beach was very relaxing and it was easy to get to other locations that we wanted to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely revisiting.

Would have rated 5 stars because we loved our time here! However, the pool/hot tub closes at dusk and the sprinkler system was on blocking the entrance/exit from the pool gate with the stinky sulfur water soaking our shoes and clothes. Otherwise, it was an all around great time!

Perfect vacation spot right on the beach and close to golf. The pool and hot tub have recently been renovated and are excellent Nearby restaurant The Lighthouse has excellent food that is very budget friendly

Could Have Been More Flexible

We arrived early and we knew our facility was ready as we went up to it, but management made no effort (despite our call and arriving early) to make accommodations - not even an hour. That's the difference between a three-star and a five-star rating to me. Very windy location.

The property is breathtaking! Our unit definitely needed some upgrading! Bathrooms, sofa's (extremely uncomfortable), kitchen, linen's, drapes, bedroom window, comforter and sheets! The resort itself was beyond beautiful! The office staff extremely welcoming and answered any and all questions! Would definitely love to come back, different room!

Nice condo with lovely bay and sunset views.

Very comfortable and well furnished condo. For the most part I complied with the owner's request to keep thermostat at 76 degrees, but that's a bit too warm for a Florida condo that has western afternoon and evening sun. Just be sure to close the curtains before heading out for your day's adventures.

Easy and accessible !

Just as stated in property description. Everything was nice an clean. Clean linens clean condo, nothing out of place. Views from the deck are amazing. People are really friendly. We also found all that was needed in the info provided left at in the Condo. Everything worked well too. The only issue was the elevator went out twice. Company was there both times promptly. It was repaired and they went on their way. We enjoyed our stay. Wish it was longer!!
