Indian River Plantation is Florida's finest luxury resort community. The beach is quiet, the sun is warm and there is plenty to do -or you can just do nothing at all... relax and unwind.

Our condo is very well maintained and in excellent condition, as we consider it our home away from home. It is located on the ground floor.

It is fully equipped, and you will find everything you need to make your stay a very enjoyable one. The condo is also tastefully decorated. We have just renovated the bathrooms, and bought a new coffee table. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a variety of appliances. Our laundry room has been upgraded and we have included a sink (unique feature). We recently bought new linen and towels, and there are beach chairs and umbrellas.

The windows are hurricane proof and they have sliding doors in the living area. There is a very comfortable leather sofa and a new flat screen Smart TV.

Beautiful Golf Course and lake view throughout the Apartment.

The parking spot is just in front of the building.

Tennis Villas offers a heated swimming pool, which has been recently renovated.

There is a tennis court as well as a pickleball court.

The International Palm Beach Airport is one hour away. The local Airport (SUA) is minutes away.

There's a Publix supermarket on the island (2 minutes’ drive) there's also a Wells Fargo Bank, a Gas Station, and lots of restaurants to choose from.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. We are pet lovers ourselves, but those are the condo rules.

I can assure you that our unit is one of the best maintained and equipped in the Tennis Villas. We use it as well when we spend holidays in the US, so we always keep it in top condition.

Great location and beautiful condo

Very nice condo with many updates. Tile flooring throughout, remodeled kitchen, master bathroom & sunroom. Most furniture is new. Very well appointed kitchen & laundry room. Best we've ever encountered,.plus a gorgeous view of the golf course. I highly recommend this condo!

A wonderful stay at Tennis Villas .. Indian River Plantation.. South Hutchinson Island, Florida

Our Host, couldn’t have made are visit any smoother!His helpful contact to us was so positive! The condo is in a beautiful location and setting. It’s was very clean and was extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed for our months stay. With a nice grocery store that meets all needs and good restaurants nearby, we were set! The outside activities were right at our location the beach sidewalks for walking Golf tennis heated pool…plus, We especially liked that condo had tile floors, leather furniture and a washer dryer in the unit!With the attentive host, the location and fine amenities.. this condo is a great choice for a beach side vacation…

Lovely condo, great location

We loved our March 2016 stay at this condo. The welcoming note and local contact were much appreciated as we were very unfamiliar with the area. The condo was very clean and very nicely appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and gadget we needed. Since we flew to Hutchinson Island, it was nice to see that two beach chairs and a beach umbrella were provided for our use. The laundry room was a huge asset as well. We also loved the lanai, as this added an enlarged living area with a great view of the golf course and spectacular sunsets. The location of this condo is perfect. The beach and pool are very conveniently located and a grocery store, liquor store and restaurants are just a few minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! A perfect month in the Florida sunshine!

A wonderful vacation !

My husband and I rented in February and March and were very satisfied with this well equipped condo. The location is excellent for close access to the beach, and our activities of walking and biking. Rolando was accessible and friendly. We loved our stay at Tennis Villa!

DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER FOR A VACATION RENTAL

Beautifully decorated; very comfortable; quiet; wonderful views of sunsets on the golf course and some breathtaking sunrises on the beach (only a 3 minute walk); neighboring residents were very friendly; convenient assigned parking, and overall a supremely enjoyable experience for the entire month. - Thank you!

Calm and Cozy

A cozy first floor condo with a close-up view of the golf course and only a short walk to a beautiful beach and a peaceful pool for swimming laps. Very comfortable and felt very safe. Close to good food and fun activities for adults and teens alike. Rolando, the owner, was responsive, friendly, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at the Schmidt’s condo.

The condo is very clean and in an excellent location. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the practicality empty beach. The neighbors are very friendly and we felt right at home there. The owners are wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. We loved the beautiful sunsets.

Great place.

Nice Condo in the Indian River Plantation area. Unit has everything you need and owner asked after a couple of weeks if there was anything we needed. I told him a BBQ utensil set and 2 days later it arrived. Did a lot of walking and swimming.

Amazing stay - can't wait to return

We stayed at the condo for one month and loved every minute. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, well appointed and roomy it is! The unit was exceptionally well stocked with plenty of linens. Even better, it was sparkling clean and was easily the best equipped home in which I have stayed. There was absolutely everything we could think of or want – for kitchen, cleaning, beach, family nights, entertaining, with drawers and cubbies full of maps and restaurant menus. Another nice touch: instructions for various items were well marked. The unit contains updated appliances, which you can tell have been well maintained. My grandchildren were happy with the WiFi. Their favorite spots were the comfy leather club chair and the table on the glassed in porch, watching the periodic storms go by. This location was perfect for us because we were trying to be cautious of potential storms. The unit is located within steps of the beautiful beaches, but with a building in front to provide protection. The unit is protected with impact glass – another plus! When we did have to contact the property manager, he responded immediately and made sure we were happy with the results. He was quite friendly and we had some enjoyable conversations. One note of caution: the shade over the large window in the porch needs to be carefully operated. The owner was also very pleasant to speak with and was very responsive when we were making arrangements. The owners have thought of absolutely everything for an enjoyable stay! We found the Indian River Resort Tennis Villas to be extremely clean, quiet and safe - and within a short drive to Publix and other stores. Lots of places to go fishing and an easy drive to downtown Stuart. There was also a great seafood market just up the road in Jensen Beach, New England Seafood Market. We would have loved to stay longer, but the unit was not available.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of April 2017. It was lovely. It was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the condo is plenty bright. The kitchen was amply supplied with utensils etc. The community itself is very pretty to take walks in. The pool is clean and has a wide deck; plenty of room for everyone. The beach is a short walk away and was awesome. The only drawback is I would have liked to have had my own personal space to sit outside. There is a nice screened in sitting area however.

Beautiful Condo, Great location!

We rented this condo for 6 months while looking for a home to relocate in the area. We found this condo to be well appointed and a great location walking distance to the beach. There is a casual restaurant on the beach where you can order lunch (Marriott property open to the public) The owners even supplied beach chairs and an umbrella! The unit was clean with new bedding, dishes and furniture. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, whenever we needed anything he got back to us immediately. It is very close to downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach with many restaurants, shops and a grocery store 1/2 a mile down the road. You are able to rent water sports equipment on site. The setting on the golf course made for many beautiful sunsets dinners. We would recommend this condo without reservation.

Very well maintained and furnished with great view

My wife and I rented this unit for the month of February 2015. We found it to be very clean and well furnished. The master bedroom was exceptional. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. A seperate laundry area was a very nice feature. The view from the glass enclosed porch area was spectacular. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. Rainer and his wife who handled the rental could not have been more helpful and gracious. Both of us would highly recommend the property.
