Enjoy the old world charm of this home, built in 1894 in the historic district of the picturesque and diverse town of Cambridge, Maryland. The house has been beautifully restored while maintaining turn of the century architectural details throughout. Stroll two blocks to the bars, restaurants and shopping in Downtown Cambridge, or walk a mere four blocks to the Choptank River and the Cambridge Yacht Basin/Marina. The space You'll enjoy three floors of living space, a charming front porch and ample backyard. On the first floor you'll encounter the sun-drenched living room with a 50-inch TV, a formal dining room filled with antique furnishings, a completely renovated kitchen and a mudroom with a new washer/dryer.
Up the grand stairs on the second floor you'll find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twins. This floor has a full bath with clawfoot tub. There is also an enclosed porch overlooking the deep backyard garden and a reading nook.
The third floor features a large king bedroom and an office with a desk and twin trundle bed. Connected to the office is a full renovated full bathroom.
Other things to note The living room fireplace is not operational.

My friends and I can’t wait to go back. The house was immaculate, plenty of supplies from the host and thoughtful touches throughout the home. We wanted to stay in the home more than explore the town because the house was so great! Excellent and timely communication from the host throughout the process.
