The host was a super sweet lady. The carpets looked and smelled like they were just cleaned. Over all it's a value place but very nice and we would stay there again.

Home away from home

We spent a month in the condo, and it was perfect for our needs. There were only 2 of us, but the condo can easily accommodate more people. The condo was well stocked with just about everything a client would need for either a short-term or long-term stay. We will definitely try to book this condo again when we are in the area.

The property was located in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. We went to view the eclipse and visit family in the area. Although there was a bit of confusion regarding the address, our hostess was WONDERFUL! Great communication and help when we needed it. The townhouse was comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen could have been stocked with a few more cooking utensils, but overall it was ok. The price was so reasonable especially with other hotels and rentals in the area charging "special" eclipse rates. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

One of Arkansas’ best kept secrets.
