We booked for our trip from the U.K. to visit both Disney and universal for 2 weeks. The place was so clean and super homely. We loved it! In a quiet neighbourhood and right next to Walmart which was perfect for our stay. The apartment was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks, the balcony was an added bonus. Great location for our stay taking around 10 minutes to Disney parks and 25 minutes to universal. On the first couple of days we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the aircon, as we wanted to adjust for sleeping, Dolce responded extremely fast and sent someone around to help us with our issue. Thank you so much! Would stay again.

I had a great stay during the spring break. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a nicely kept kitchen that had everything I needed. I also really liked the location—convenient and quiet and close to all the parks/restaurants. The host was awesome and always available when needed.Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Loved how it was so close to Disney parks (8-15 minute drive) and close to shopping. It truly felt like home after a long day at the Disney parks. If you're not staying at a hotel, don't hesitate to stay here for your upcoming vacation. You will love it.

Nice Oakwater Condo

Oakwater is near virtually everything: restaurants, shopping, theme parks, and other sorts of entertainment. It is right next door to Walmart with a path leading to it, so no need to get in the car. The pool is very nice and usually not too crowded, so plenty of room for everyone. The condo itself is very clean which is my priority. It has an ample supply of towels, bedding, pots and pans, dishes, and other utensils. Dulce is wonderful, and all communications with her resulted in an immediate reply.

Great choice!

This condo was so nice and clean. It was perfect for what we needed. The Walmart is right next door and the condo was 20 min from our destination. The owner was so kind and was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. I give this condo a 10 out of 10.

Great location for Disney and Universal

Nice property with beautiful clubhouse and pool. Walmart next door is opening soon. It will be awesome for gas, groceries and other supplies. For now, we used Amazon online delivery and used Uber vs a car. Would stay again!

Great location; decent stay

You can't ask for a better location if you're coming to enjoy Disney. The parks are a quick 10-minute drive, and you're within walking distance of Walmart. There are many restaurants within reach as well. The property was a decent stay—typical Florida condo with usual amenities. We found the beds to be a tad uncomfortable, and no comforters were provided (only sheets). In addition, the A/C was not on when we arrived, so it was 80 degrees in the house... not a good first impression. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable condo

This condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. It was perfect for our family of four we were sad to leave. It's a walking distance from the pool/clubhouse and literally 7 minutes from the entrance of Disney. Dulce was so helpful the microwave went out and she had someone come that day with a new one. She was great will definitely stay again!

This property was clean, modern, spacious and located in a great area which was quiet and secure. We were very close to Walmart which was perfect for getting groceries and beside that, Starbucks, which is a must for my morning! We enjoyed the pool almost everday. It was never crowded and the other people in the area were friendly and welcoming. This trip was just my husband and I but there was a second bedroom with two twin beds for families. The two bathrooms, onsite laundry and free wifi were all appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental!

My friend and I recently stayed at this property and it was exactly what we were looking for! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It's in a great, central location, as well. I would most definitely consider renting again if I'm in the area. The only comment I would add is to have extra necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) available as we had to replace our own since no extra was provided. Not that it was a costly thing, just convenience. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!!

The Condo was very nice!

The condo was very nice and very close to Disney as advertised. Dulce was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. The only thing I recommend is to include where the dumpsters are located in the binder. It was not fun driving around at 5:00 in the morning trying to find them. Other than that, everything was great about the condo and we would definitely rent again.

Very nice place but only gives bare minimum

The place was very nice very clean and the area was awesome but the owner will only give the bare minimum for necessities. There was a pull out couch that had no sheets or pillows for it and she only leaves one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and no laundry supplies. She also only gave 2 blankets for the whole house and the beds only had a top sheet. It’s a very nice place but I think she could provide a little bit more of the necessities.

Spring Break 2018

Dulce's condo was perfect for my family of 4. (Definitely can sleep more) The beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure, the condo was a home away from home for us. We enjoyed coffee on the screen porch, swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The only draw back was being able to hear families getting started in the early morning, cars starting, garage doors opening. I'd recommend bringing a sound machine. It may not bother you, I'm a light sleeper. ( And it didn't last long, this condo is very quiet majority of the time) Wal-Mart is in walking distance, but extremely busy. Spring break and summer months stay busy. Centrally located, we traveled to Kennedy Space Center for a launch one day then to Cocoa Beach another, both about an hour and a half away. The Disney Parks are 10-15 minutes away. I'd definitely recommend this home away from home to anyone looking to stay near Disney or who wants to be close to everything. Ohhh, if you're driving in from another state, stop and pick up a SunPass, this will allow you to zoom through tolls and cut out some traffic and save time. FL will send you a bill. Dulce was very responsive, she's a great owner. Hope you choose Dulce's condo, you won't be sorry.

We spent ten days visiting Disney and the surroundings, and this place couldn't be much closer without being ON Disney property. Every park is about 15 minutes away most mornings; the only traffic we'd ever hit was on the way home.For our family of 3, this was MORE than big enough, and we could've comfortably accommodated 2 more people. Having the Walmart nearby is another excellent benefit - after a long road trip, having our pickup order close by was a lifesaver.We would happily book Dulce's place again the next time we're visiting the area!
