Nice place. Beds are super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

There is no way down to the river to fish so not sure what they are advertising. There is no on site workout area unless you count a couple of dumbbells in the mess in the garage. Downstairs bedroom is unfinished with exposed wiring.

1. Yes there is river access using your legs. 2. No exposed wiring... lol? 3. The workout stuff was moved out for the game table room instead. People werent using the weight room...

This property has great potential. Cleaning supplies were left out in multiple locations. Trash was full inside and outside. Upstairs shower needed an anti slip mat, nearly fell a few times. Ant poison on kitchen counters.

It was good for the one night we stayed! Overall a clean place, just really dusty in some spaces. Other than feeling like I had to wipe off couches before sitting, it was a nice place!
