Step into Unit E35, a completely renovated gulf-front condo boasting 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. This spacious and contemporary condo is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The main level features an open-concept living space encompassing a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The breathtaking 180-degree views of the Gulf beckon you onto the balcony, where you can savor the ocean breeze or catch a mesmerizing sunset. Equipped with high-end appliances and generous counter space, the kitchen invites you to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a half bathroom and laundry closet on this level.

Ascend the stairs to the second level and the fourth floor of the building to discover two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
