This is such a charming home in a beautiful and friendly neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful; all of the basics you need were provided; it really provided all the comforts of home. Will be bookmarking this one to stay in the future when we’re back in town

The townhouse was perfect for our needs. We travel with our son who has special needs that include making special foods. Having a kitchen helps so much with food prep. The beds were comfortable and the window A/Cs worked well in cooling the rooms. It was convenient to traveling to the locations we were interested in which included Hershey Park and Kettle Kitchen in Intercourse. We would stay there again.

This rental is located in a large townhouse community. Although most of the interior is beautifully updated and mostly very clean (see #4), there several issues that caused the overall value to not align with the cost.1) The tread depth of the interior stairs is unusually narrow and the steps have a slight downward slope to them. My kids slipped down them more than once and thankfully were ok. 2) The full bathroom is upstairs and shared between two bedrooms. Families with small children should note that the entrance to the stairs is in front of the bathroom door only a few feet away. Walking out of the bathroom felt dangerous.3) The upstairs bathroom uses a pocket door that wobbles loosely on the track, which made locking it difficult if not impossible at times. 4) The queen bed and mattress in the back bedroom were in very poor shape with a strong sour smell in the room. This issue in particular had the biggest impact on our experience, as it was the bedroom my wife and I used.5) The downstairs half bath is located in a corner of the living room. To access it, there is only approx 10" of space between the corner of the living room wall and the oversized loveseat's armrest. Overall, I would not recommend this rental for families with small children and/or older adults with mobility challenges.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they were very flexible and accommodating throughout the booking and stay. The house was exactly as advertised—clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was especially nice for our group of four and made getting ready each day much easier.The only reason for the 9/10 instead of a perfect score was the parking situation. The listing mentioned that parking was available, which is true, but there were only two driveway spaces available at the house. Since our group had four adults and each needed a vehicle, we assumed additional street parking would be an option. Unfortunately, street parking is not permitted in the development. The no-parking signs were not very noticeable and were not visible from where we parked. As a result, two members of our group received parking tickets.Other than that issue, we had a very positive experience. If you’re staying with more vehicles than driveway spaces, just be sure to clarify parking arrangements with the host ahead of time. The home itself was great, and the host provided excellent service.
