I am a designer and realtor. My husband is a film director. We live and work in Beverly Hills. He and I have joyfully discovered and renovated many apartments and homes in Beverly Hills, New York City, and Greenwhich Ct. and Southampton NY. Some years ago we purchased and restored a wonderful old stone house on a river in the South of France and now spend our summers there.

Why they chose this property

When we found this wonderful 1930s three unit building it needed lots of work. But it was in a lovely historically protected neighborhood and the structure was classic and gracious with high ceilings and crown moldings. So we spent a year doing a total renovation and update inside and out. It was a delight to bring this lovely building back to the elegant living space it provides today.

What makes this property unique

This building is set back from the street allowing us to landsape with ficus hedges, tropical trees and sparkling fountains. We love the arched entries and beautiful crown moldings. Plus its in such an ideal location, close to Beverly Hills, Century City and West Hollywood.
