Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

Beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing on and around Staniel Cay is fabulous.

Anita and Theo were amazing!! Picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to the house. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The golf cart was a must for exploring the island and the boat was a must for exploring why we came to Staniel. Couldn't have had a better 20th anniversary trip!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in the cottage. Everything we needed was accounted for and the close proximity to SCYC for meals was super convenient. Theo met us at the airport with a smile and got us all situated in the cottage before leaving us be. The golf cart is added bonus for seeing the island, highly recommend adding it to your reservation. (One small note for future renters- the grocery stores have limited hours daily and that’s especially true on a Sunday. Unfortunately we could not purchase coffee filter or ground coffee when we landed. It’s not a keurig machine, it’s a Mr Coffee drip machine so plan ahead if you like your coffee in the morning )We loved communicating with Theo and Anita during our fabulous stay- thanks for everything and hope to see you soon!

Thank you, Anita and Theo! What a magical little cottage with an incredible view. Perfect location, close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and the main beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart for a drive around the island. We loved our stay!

MARVELOUS cottage with so much charm and fabulous hosts! Thank you Anita for sharing your humor and kindness - and restaurant suggestions. Uncle Lyle and Chef Kenna at the Bottom Line shared a beautiful 3 course meal with us and we had the best Grouper meal at Big Dogs!Everywhere we went in town we felt like family.

The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was well appointed with towels, beach towels, and the necessary toiletries as well as dishes, coffee maker, large refrigerator and whatever else you’d need. The cottage was very clean upon arrival and both Anita and Theodore were easy to contact for any questions regarding our stay.

The cottage was immaculate, beautiful, and in an amazing location. I would suggest renting a boat through the owners for a fabulous side trip to see the sharks and pigs. Anita was extremely friendly and replied to me immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Anita and Theo are great hosts, they responded quickly to the questions we had and were so helpful. Location was ideal, close to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, restaurants and markets. The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Artist, Wife, Mother of two. After growing up in the smallest state ( Beautiful Rhode Island) , it is only fitting that I fell in love with my Husband, Theodore, who was born and raised on one of the smallest Islands in the world, BEAUTIFUL Staniel Cay.

My family and I LOVE boating, fishing, hiking, and exploring the endless beaches and uninhabited islands of the Exumas Cay. When I am not running our vacation rental, you will most likely find me in my home art studio where I practice the arts of block printing and metalsmithing.
