Why they chose this property

The first time we saw Staniel Cay, we knew we had found something rare. No large resorts, no crowds, no traffic, just a small island community surrounded by some of the most beautiful water in the world. In 2008, we found the property at Pelican Point and immediately knew it was special. Construction began shortly after and was completed in 2012. Even after traveling throughout the Bahamas, we never found another place that offered the same combination of privacy, natural beauty, and authentic island life.

Pelican Point sits on the southernmost tip of Staniel Cay, offering a level of privacy that is almost impossible to find in the Bahamas. There are no neighboring homes beside you, no shared beach, and no foot traffic, just your own private stretch of sand surrounded by turquoise water in every direction. The villa was designed to embrace its setting, with panoramic water views, constant ocean breezes, and direct access to some of the best boating, fishing, diving, and snorkeling in the Exumas.
