Great Beach House for family and friends!

Six Bedrooms, 4 full baths, 6 queen beds, 4 twin beds

3 story house built in 2005

Main Level:

You enter on the main level which is the second floor. The living, kitchen and dining areas are located here and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath.

Third Floor:

Large master suite with a queen size bed and a huge bathroom complete with garden tub. Fourth bedroom, queen bed, is also on this floor with a full bathroom.

Downstairs:

5th bedroom is the Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is located here as well.

There are also 3 twin roll a ways in the home. There is a one car garage for your use. In the garage there are a few beach toys for you convenience. The home offers wireless internet and has a charcoal grill. There is a $100 pet fee that is non refundable.

Sleeps 16, excluding the 3 roll a ways, 12 dining seats, 1 car garage, but can fit at least 2 more cars in each of the two driveways. No street parking is allowed.

Thank you Tonya for helping us set up a wonderful stay in PortA for Spring Break. Beautiful property in a very nice area. Kitchen has everything you would need if you intend to cook while on vacation, with service for about 20. The new bathroom towels were a nice touch. I had to take of a star for cleanliness only because some of the dishes we got from the cabinet were clearly put away with lots of food on them—I fault the previous tenants and the cleaners. We had one repair issue at the property, and Tonya had it professionally repaired early the next day. She was always easy to get in touch with and did everything she could to insure we were comfortable. I will definitely return to this property on our next PortA visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend ar the house. Great location. We cooked family meals and the kitchen is very nicely stocked. The community pool is walkable, as is the beach. Plenty of parking.

House was in a pretty Decent neighborhood, had plenty of beach toys for the kids, a really good amount of space in the house for everyone there. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas, all with a roof overhead that you can enjoy the ocean breeze on without being directly in the sun. Had a few touch ups that could be done around the place( all just cosmetics) but an overall great place to stay, especially since its only a 3 minute walk to the beach!!

We loved the property and location! Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The house is huge with lots of room for a large family gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with more dishes/pans than we needed, which is rare. Will definitely go back!

Beach Party!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and it doesn't disappoint. So close to the beach and room for all. We had a few issues occur while we were there, but the host, Tonya, responded quickly and everything was taken care of. Thanks Tonya! A great time had by all!!
