We enjoyed our visit at Night Heron and will definitely return! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved watching the deer from the screened porch in the morning. All communication with host was excellent. We loved the quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach, pool and access to the bike trails.

Great 2 bdrm 2 bath in a wonderful private setting. Walk to the beach and community swimming pool. We saw several deer each morning from the screened in patio within a couple feet. It was great!

The house is in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach, and the paths inside Sea Pines are beautiful. It's right inside the back gate of Sea Pines, so it's easy to get into the shopping area of HHI.The house is old and needs some updating, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the bedding was also clean. There is very little storage space, which would not be a problem for a one week stay, but we rented for the entire month of Feb and felt crowded.

Great Property Close to Beach and Conveniently Located Close to Ocean Gate

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very tastefully furnished (not your typical nautical fare of many properties) and, while pretty small, the screened in patio makes it seem larger and is a great place to sit in the morning and evening and not get bitten by bugs. We love that the owners are dog fans and our dog quite enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch as well. It’s a short walk to the beach and its location near the Sea Pines Ocean Gate makes it quite convenient to get groceries, etc. We’ve stayed in South Beach a number of times and it’s an almost twenty minute drive to do the same. Would definitely stay again.

Great retreat

Walking in the house was amazing. Parking was a bit tight for a big truck but easy. Would have liked to have a few more grill utensils but we made due. Only real complaint I had and is no reflection on the home was that the pool on the property was not maintained well. Lots of debris from nature always in the pool and the trash not removed and overflowing for days.

The property was just as listed, spotless clean, excellent communication with Property owner. The transaction was seamless. We have stayed on Night Heron for the past 15 yrs, our 1st visit to this property, it tucked away toward the end of the street, the view is spectacular. 2 beautiful porches on the back, one screened off the LR, the other an open off the master BDRM. Due to the extreme heat, the open porch area was perfect to relax , get some sun w/o leaving. A top choice, we will be looking forward to additional stays !
