This place was clean, very nice and had everything we needed. The location for us wanting to enjoy the Mount Shasta area was perfect. The beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
The plastic chairs in the front and rear are worn out beyond repair, need new replacement.

I prefer the warm weather to the cold, but the scenery here is always astounding in any weather.
