Wonderful apartment in front of the ocean. Takes less then a minute to walk to the pool and less then a minute to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We ate all of our meals in the patio looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. Nancy was a great host. She always answered our questions promptly and was easy to communicate with. Thanks Nancy. The guards at both guard houses were kind and helpful. Palmas is a great place for Family vacations. About an hour and a half from San Juan and close to El Yunque rainforest. There are many restaurants inside the resort and lots to do including golfing, tennis and even a Kids park. You can rent a golf cart at several places if you don’t want to use a car. If you want to take day trips to Vieques or Culebra islands, the ferry at Fajardo is not that far. You can even take a flight out of Roosevelt Roads field even you want to go quicker. A truly great place for a relaxing vacation. Thanks again Nancy for all your help. Shelby is greatful also.

Family Vacation

Celebrating 60 years of marriage

Best vacation! The villa provided us with everything we needed- easy access to beach and pool. Our children and their families also stayed in villas at Palmas Del Mar - restaurants also close by but had everything we needed to cook in villa. Red flag on beach didn’t prevent us from having a great week!

Great Family Vacation

The apartment was perfect for our recent staycation. Location is excellent, steps from the pool and baach. Plenty of space to relax, with TV in every room. Palmas del Mar is huge so would definitely consider renting a golf cart next time and also the.beach club passes for the midweek days. Overall excelent property and host. Hope to be back soon.

Family Time

My husband and I spend one week every year visiting Mom in PR. This was an ideal location! The apartment is as described. We had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for an enjoyable stay!! Palmas Trip

The apartment is perfect for a family of six. I stayed with my son and it was perfect for us. Excellent location, the apartment has everything you need (I had to take things back with me because I did not use). There is washer/dryer, lots of towels, in summary, all that’s needed for a perfect vacation. Will definitely go back. Thank you Nancy for everything!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Cove 93. The villa is just steps away from the pool and beach. When we arrived everything was cleaned and we found everything we needed during our stay, even beach towels, chairs coolers, and floating toys). Nancy was very accommodating and left baby equipments for us to use at no additional cost (stroller, pack-n-play, high chair). I will highly recommend this vacation home and we plan to be back soon. Beautiful Pool and Beach side

Condo was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. Outdoor patio with awning was perfect for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves. Pool just a few short steps from the back door. The one inconvenience was that the power went out 3 days in a row. Nancy was very responsive, however it would have been good to know so we could plan our meals and such accordingly. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Beautiful property

Clean, beautiful, peaceful place. Easy check in with a code on the door that you receive a couple of days in advance. Apartment is on a ground floor which makes it great for easy in/out. 50 steps from a great pool that was never crowded. 100 steps from the ocean. This time of year (April) ocean is unfortunately full of sewed. This was our second time here and December was great, no sewed. We lost power the morning of check out which made it difficult to pack and pick up after ourselves. That is nobody's fault. Apartment is a part of a huge, planned ocean front community development. There is a nice plaza in the middle with restaurants and coffee shops.

This lovely place checks all the boxes for a great vacation. 1 The condo was immaculate upon our arrival. 2. Our host left many extras, such as paper towels, detergent, dish soap, water bottles, etc. We appreciated not having to go to the grocery store right away. 3 The location is fantastic. The pool and beaches are so close that getting to the water couldn't be any easier. 4 The beds are a dream. They're so comfortable that we all enjoyed a restful night's sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for the day's adventures. 5 The rooms are very spacious. 6 The condo complex is a secure haven. You'll pass through two gates on your way to the condo, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. 7 Location within the island is excellent. Palmas Del Mar is located on the East coast of Puerto Rico. It's easy to schedule a day trip to the island of Culebras or Vieques. It's also not very far (55 min) from Old San Juan or the Kayak Village to see the Bioluminescence
