Community Heated Pool and Spa:
- Relax in our community heated pool and spa just across the street.

Guests have full access to the home, back patio, and community pools / hot tubs. Guests do not have access to the course unless they are a member or guest of a member.

Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert offers a prestigious desert lifestyle amidst lush green fairways and picturesque landscapes. This gated community boasts a renowned golf course, tennis courts, fitness facilities, and serene walking paths. With stunning mountain views and a vibrant social scene, it's the epitome of upscale desert living.

Car is crucial for your time in the desert. But you can also walk, bike, scooter, or anything around the community.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. There is a video doorbell. It is triggered by motion.

3. We do not allow pets of any kind.

4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

5. POOL & SPA: There are over 2 dozen pools and spa's in this community. The best one luckily is right across the street.

6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

9. Guests staying for 28+ days will require a $500 refundable deposit.
