Our development is a wonderful enclave of peace and tranquility set in the hills amidst lush greenery and running waters, and yet it is only 5 minutes’ drive to the nearest sandy beaches and 10 minutes from the busy towns of San Pedro and the Port town of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

As Europe and Spain gradually re-opens for travel as restrictions ease, we have launched our new cleaning and disinfection program, as we welcome guests back. Our new cleaning and disinfection program includes rigorous enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols that address the new normal and give consumers the confidence they need to visit us again. We taking cleanliness and hygiene to a whole new level, and we are proud to have a long-standing reputation for high standards of cleanliness.”

Our apartment is meant for outdoor living - yet nothing has been spared on the interiors. A beautiful lounge and dining area, with patio doors leading out to the terrace. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and equipped with everything you require during your stay. Marble floors throughout, air conditioning for the summer and heating for cooler months. The bedrooms are equally as appealing with beautiful en suite bathrooms [memory foam mattresses] .

Only 45 min from Malaga airport our stunning two-bedroom apartment will provides you with a luxurious and comfortable holiday home. It has superb recreational and sport facilities but is still within easy striking distance of the many excellent shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The location between the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and the bottom of the mountain ridge of Sierra Berneja, puts Parque Botanico in close proximity to many beautiful beaches.

Parque Botánico has beautiful outdoor pools with safe children’s paddling areas, as well as an indoor Olympic size heated pool. The indoor pool makes Parque Botánico a perfect destination if you are travelling during the cooler months. The spa offers the ideal setting in which to relax and unwind during your stay. featuring ; Sauna, steam room and a large Jacuzzi overlooking the out-door pool area.

The mountains surrounding Parque Botánico offers great hiking possibilities. There are options for anyone, from those just looking for a fifteen-minute stroll in the sun to the more adventurous interested in daytrips and steep hills.

Magnifique appartement au calme

Très bel appartement dans un parc arboré et fleuri . La piscine d’eau de mer est très agréable . Un peu trop éloigné des plages cependant... Bar / restaurant côté piscine avec de très bons plats. Par contre manque de signalisation et d’information sur les terrains de sport et l’utilisation de ceux ci.

Mooie locatie

Na 2 maanden kun je wel goed beoordelen. Het appartement was ruim met groot balcon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Wasmachine, droger afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat. Het park zelf was ook erg mooi, park Botanico: naam zegt het al. Binnenzwembad en fitnessruimte maken het helemaal af. Toch dreigt door achterstallig onderhoud verpaupering van de gebouwen.

apartamento muy confortable y totalmente equipado en zona tranquila próxima a playas y comercios

El apartamento es muy confortable, muy bien equipado y decorado con gusto. Es fresco, aunque el aire de todas las habitaciones funcionó correctamente cuando se ha necesitado. La terraza es estupenda y se tiene acceso a ella desde las dos habitaciones, cocina y salón; además con vistas a la colina de monte bajo, lo que da total intimidad. La urbanización está apartada pero a tiro en coche de 5 a 20 min de las playas (Marbella está a 15-20 km, la playa de El Saladillo está a 5 min...). La urbanización --fuimos ahora en agosto-- estaba ocupada al 20%, muy tranquila y con sensación de seguridad; las piscinas son estupendas, con tumbonas disponibles casi siempre. En definitiva, un apartamento en zona apartada y tranquila, pero a 5 minutos en coche de restaurantes y supermercados. Tranquilidad total en la urbanización. La propietaria estaba disponible aunque todo funcionó bien. Muy bien de limpieza.

In der Wohnung war alles so, wie man es sich nur wünschen konnte. Es blieb kein Bedürfnis offen. Alles war in einem ein- wandfreien Zustand. Wohnung und Um- gebung entsprechen in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung, einfach wunderbar.

Très bel endroit, mais voiture indispensable - séjour en août 2018

L'appartement est situé dans un luxueux complexe, très bien équipé, joliment décoré et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes, le top la terrasse où il fait bon manger, très agréable, j'ai apprécié ces moments de calme, la piscine au top, pas grand monde la semaine, ce qui fait que parfois nous avions la piscine à nous tout seul, le bonheur. Les jardins du complexe sont magnifiques, cette résidence porte bien son nom c'est un parc botanique. Par contre, les plages les plus proches de la résidence ne sont pas très jolies, pour ceux qui aiment la plage, ils peuvent être déçus, il faut le savoir. Pour avoir une belle plage il faut aller à la plage du RADA au centre d'Estepona qui est assez loin mais faisable en voiture mais pour se garer, parking payant. Enfin, cela nous a permis de visiter les environs, Ronda très joli où nous avons eu la chance de voir passer la Vuelta (Tour d'Espagne), Benahavis très joli petit village, Istan, Puerto Banus ... Ce sont des vacances reposantes, le climat est très agréable, pas trop chaud et il y a de belles promenades à faire au bord de la mer et les alentours sont très beaux avec des hôtels magnifiques. Et je finis ce résumé avec un petit mot pour Alberto, qui nous a remis les clefs, qui est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Appartement vraiment à recommander pour ceux qui veulent se reposer au milieu de la nature. Francine

Gorgeous place with all you need

parque botanico itself offers a great range of services and facilities. The appartment itself was bautifull, well maintained and included high quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The appartments inlcude free internet and dutch TV. There even was a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the frisge upon arrival. Coming back next summer for sure!!

Parque Botanico is spot on when it comes to relaxation. Located close to shopping, beautiful beaches, nature trails, restaurants, buzzing towns and villages , this modern apartment offers charm, convenient one level living. The apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standards and offers ultimate luxury with welcoming common spaces, modern amenities, and complete peace and privacy. The balcony was our your favorite place to spend time in. Its spacious and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs plus a comfortable lounge set. Great place to have your morning coffee, read or just enjoy the sun. We will be back soon

It was a perfect time in a perfect apartment

The apartment was very clean, complite inventory, perfect condition to feel good. The whole building was every day cleaned and there where also a poolboy from mornings at 8:00 till evenings at 20:00, so it would be also perfect for families. We will come next year again, because one week in that apartment is like haven.

Beautifull apartment in a peacefull envirement

A beautifully decorated apartment in which everything you need is available to make your stay as good as possible. During our stay we especially enjoyed the great terrace with lounge set. In the evening, if we were in the apartment we even enjoyed Dutch television and Wifi. Next to this the kitchen was full of appliences which made our stay even better. Next to the appartment we loved the indoor swimming pool in January.
