The house is in a very quiet part of Ponta Negra and at the same time close to everything, accommodates very well 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 1 suite, and 2 more bathrooms, with 3 double and 2 single beds, barbecue, court volleyball court, wifi and wooden deck facing the beach. In the best style walk in the sand with a little gate of direct access to the beach.
We provide bed linen, towels, gas and the first 20 gallon gallon of water.

Fantastic house and location

The atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation. Everything was clean and organized. Clayton did an excellent job of staying in contact with us as our flight was delayed when arriving in Brazil. We will use this place again when we come again in 2020! A very big thank you to Clayton!

Sem palavras pra descrever a hospedagem na casa do Clayton... A casa é tal como se descreve no anúncio, enorme, os quartos, os banheiros, a cozinha, a sala... Tudo enorme e muito bem espaçoso, isso sem falar no deck de frente para a praia.. aiynda tem uma suíte fora da casa. Cabe um carro na garagem com tranquilidade. Quero ressaltar a disponibilidade do Clayton em nos dispor da flexibilidade do checkin

O paraíso é aqui.

Antes de mais nada, o Clayton é extremamente solicito, confiável e honesto . Aproximadamente 3 semanas antes da data da viagem, ocorreu um problema na casa que ele teria que consertar e perguntou se eu não gostaria de outra casa, na mesma região, só que com piscina . Aceitei e foi sensacional, então a avaliação abaixo vai para a casa com piscina do Clayton, no bairro cordeirinho em Maricá (7 km a pé saindo pela areia saindo da porta da casa até ponta negra, sim fizemos esse percurso a pé para conhecer a região e foi cansativo porém maravilhoso) . Casa pé na areia com 3 banheiros (2 suítes e um banheiro comum ) , 3 quartos amplos , sendo os dois quartos de baixo com 2 camas de casal, piscina , churrasqueira e literalmente dentro da praia. Cenário paradisíaco, fomos eu minha companheira , minha filha de 9 anos e meus pais, mas a casa acomoda com muitas sobras 8 pessoas . Acordar e dar de cara com seus pais pescando com a neta na praia, correr para dar um mergulho (nesse caso cuidado pois o mar e bem bravo) e voltar para tomar o café da manhã na beira da piscina não tem preço . A nossa experiência foi 5 estrelas e certamente voltaremos , ficam aqui dicas de melhorias para a casa e para tornar a viagem ainda melhor. 1- Consertar os degraus da escada da piscina 2- Como o terreno e bastante grande, seria legal disponibilizar para uso um dos banheiros externos que hoje servem de pequenos depositos para que o pessoal que está na área da churrasqueira/piscina não precise se deslocar até a casa .

Excelente custo benefício

Sensacional

Nos hospedamos no último Réveillon. A casa é maravilhosa, ampla, arejada e exatamente como mostra nas fotos. O proprietário, nos recebeu muito bem e todo pequeno imprevisto que tivemos foi rapidamente resolvido por ele. O pôr do Sol foi um show à parte que tivemos o prazer de presenciar todos os dias. Super recomendo!
