Newly constructed 4 Bedroom, 4 & 1/2 Bath, 2400 sq ft Lakefront Home that will sleep 12 comfortable. Incredible lake view, built close to the lake with 115 ft of Lake Frontage. Located in Hidden Springs right beside Deerfield Resort. It is ideal for small family gatherings. It features 4 Master Suites (full bath attached to every bedroom) with walkouts on to the deck. Great for entertaining; with 2 Full Kitchens/Dining, 2 TV rooms with 55” Flat Screens and Surround Sound. Concrete path/steps to the dock with covered slip, dock furniture and a Fire Pit area.

The First floor features Hardwood Flooring, Vaulted Ceilings, Cabinets with Granite countertops, dishwasher, stove, microwave and a refrigerator. There is a 6 person dining table and bar seating for 3. The family room has a 55” Flat Screen HDTV mounted above the gas fireplace with surround sound and an IPod docking station. The Master Suite has a King Bed with walkout to deck, 46” Flat Screen HDTV, a full bath with a walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath tub. The other bedroom on this floor is a King Suite with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. The covered deck has a dining table and large stainless steel gas grill.

The second floor features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and a refrigerator. There is a 6 person dining table and bar seating for 3. A family room with a 55” flat screen HDTV with surround sound and an IPod docking station. There is a King Suite with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. There is also a Queen Suite with Full Size bunk beds with a full bath and a walkout to the deck. There is a full Laundry room on this level. There is a large covered deck with a dining table. The dock has a covered slip, composite decking, and a large sunning deck with a table, chairs and lounge chairs.

The house is located in the Hidden Springs, a gated community across from Sugar Hollow Marina and beside Deerfield Resort. There is year round deep water. There is a boat ramp located in Hidden Springs. We have plenty of parking outside of the home and more at the top of the driveway. It is conveniently located just miles from I-75 and 15 minutes from the City of La Follette. From the lake, you couldn't ask for a better location! It is across from Sugar Hollow Marina, minutes away from local hotspots such as Shanghai Marina, Deerfield’s Tiki Hut, Sugar Hollow and Springs Resort. You can enjoy these full service marinas and restaurants/bars within a few minutes boat ride. Deerfield offers Bobby Clampett’s 6800-yard golf course just right around the corner.

Great location on Norris

Directly across from Sugar Hollow with quick access to other marinas and the jumping bridge too. Nice outdoor spaces - deck with great views and seating, and a nice table, chairs and umbrella on the dock.

Beautiful location on Norris Lake

The house was great! The view was awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Everyone had their own space with their own bathrooms. The weather wasn’t the best, but we all had a great time.

This was a great home. Loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The kitchen area in the basement was nice to have. Comfortable furnishings. We had a great week at Nortis Lake.

Lake vacation

We had a wonderful time! The location was wonderful!!!! The house accommodations were fantastic. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. The only down fall was the top deck has several wasps nest. We had a wonderful vacation and your home was wonderful!

Beautiful Place in a Beautiful Area

This is a wonderful spot for a few families to vacation together while still having some separate space, too. We loved the two kitchens and two decks and how wonderfully beautiful the furnishings are, too. The walk down to the water is steep, but that seems to be the norm in the area and there is a great deck space down on the dock to help keep everyone down there for hours at a time. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great Lake House

The house was just as advertised and perfect for multiple couples/large families. The location was great. It was very convenient to have boat trailer parking right across from the house. The dock was in great shape. We had a nice, relaxing vacation and would come back again. One request I have for a future visit would be to add towel hooks/racks in the bathrooms for hand towels and bath towels.

Great for families

The house was perfect for our multi generation group. Grandparents stayed upstairs and kids had the downstairs. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Since our stay was in the winter we didn't get to use the lake amenities. We would like to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the spacious decks and boat dock. The owners were very nice and responded immediately to all of our questions. This was our first VRBO and we were pleased with how well everything went.

Great location and plenty of amenities

Overall, we had a great experience renting this home. We had plenty of room and both the upstairs and downstairs areas were fully functional, allowing for kids and adults to have their own space. Erica was very responsive to the couple of minor issues that we incurred. The dock was awesome with tie up for two boats and plenty of space to swim. It is on the main channel for the jumping bridge, but the waves were not too bad. Overall, we would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

The property is very nice and located in a great spot on the lake. However, the listing states that it has a Hot Tub and it does not. There is a Jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms but beyond that there is no hot tub. HOT TUB should not be listed as an amenity. If you have family members that are allergic to, or afraid as wasps, bring spray as there were several nests in the front porch area as well as the deck and the dock. This is to be expected to an extent, given the location of the house on the lake, but it would have been nice to have spray available without having to run back to town to get some.

We are sorry we do not have a hot tub listed any where in our listing not sure where that came from. We have a jacuzzi bath tub not a hot tub. We also always provide wasp spray prior renters must have used it all. Thank you!

Wonderful Location

This is an awesome location for those wanting to boat on Lake Norris. There is a boat ramp in close proximity to the home. The boat trailer may be parked at the end of the road, at the top of the drive. The covered dock is great and there is a bar table and chairs that are great for cards and drinks on the water! The home is very nice with a full bathroom for each bedroom! My family and friends loved it. We are already looking to rent again next year! We loved having our morning coffee on the covered porch! Erica and Mike were also great to work with. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Pics don’t do it Justice. See for yourself. Just pack 5 bathing suits and 2 outfits cause you’ll never leave the house. We rented a nice boat from marina across the lake. Had our paddle boards also. The power went out a few times but came back on in a timely matter. The kids loved having their own suite downstairs. Do your grocery shopping on way to house. Internet good. Direct TV great. We cooked all week. Has everything. I didn’t see a pair of scissors though. And the dryer wasn't working great. We just air dryed the towels. My family had a great visit to Norris and we didn’t want to leave!

Should have been cleaner.

Very disappointed that all ceiling fans and many high wall areas had dust & spider webs. Clothes dryer not working well. Most concerned in bunk bed room, dirty ceiling fan so close to children. Also felt, weeds crossing walk way to dock should have been cleared. Our family did have good times on lake. Liked the number of bathrooms & layout of floor plan.

Summer Daze June '21

Had a great week at Summer Daze! All 4 bedrooms having their own bath, plus a common powder room was differentiating and so appreciated. The dual kitchens were very convenient. Overall, the home is very attractive, warm and welcoming. Have rented several homes though VRBO and this overall experience was one of the best. A big reason for this is the communication and responsiveness of the owners. They truly seem to care that you have a great vacation. Case in point, we messaged before the trip to see if they had a Keurig or regular coffee pot. Erika responded saying they did not have a Keurig, but did plan on it at some point. Sure enough, when we arrived, there was a brand new Keurig coffee maker on the counter. It wasn't necessary to do, but very much appreciated for a group that liked all different brews. Beautiful Norris Lake did not disappoint. Would definitely repeat this trip and hats off to the owner/host! Thank you...

We had a great time!

This property is very nice and well maintained. The layout of the house is excellent! Large kitchen and common area upstairs with a nice kitchen on the lower level as well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The dock is very nice with composite lumber decking ( no splinters). We would definitely rent this property again.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. Everything was wonderful. Having 2 kitchens and private baths for every couple was fantastic. The view is beautiful and even though the walk back up from the lake is quite a trek, by the end of the week it wasnt so bad. We loved it and wish we could come again next month. Only have 1 suggestion for others, bring a can opener, the one we used was a little difficult to use .

Family Outing

This home is excellent for a family outing. The three master bedrooms are excellent. The fourth bedroom was great for the 4 children. Be sure to take extra coat hangers for the closets. Overall an excellent rental.

Beautiful lake, beautiful home!

This was our first visit to Norris Lake and it is Beautiful! This home is also beautiful, even better than the pictures! We had such a great time swimming off the dock and visiting the marinas close by. The jumping bridge was a lot of fun for our teenage kids! The house had everything we needed and the two kitchens was perfect! The hill up to the house was a challenge for my parents that were with us. The beauty of the smoky mountains every morning was breathtaking! Thanks to the owners for the great work on this house!

Best of Everything

The house was beautiful and the view was great. We stayed with three other couples and having your own bathroom was a real plus. It was clean. Plenty of towels. Plenty of parking. Lots of room. It was great. The owner was a real pleasure to work with and made themselves available if we needed anything. It was a great experience and I would love to go back.

Vacation Blast!!

Our family of 6 had the pleasure of staying the week of July 4th in the Summer Daze vacation home. From the moment of our arrival until the day we left, we had the greatest vacation ever. The biggest reason was the home itself. It was spacious and it had everything that you would expect. The owners were terrific in getting this all set and were great to work with. We have been on many vacations and my entire family agrees that Summer Daze was the best. Beds were very comfy, flat screen tvs in every room, 2 very nice kitchens, massive decks with awesome views and much more! If you decide to rent watercraft, the folks at Sugar Hollow Marina are very nice. One big thing to keep in mind. First day is to hit the grocery and load up on the menu items for your stay. You will not want to leave. We are already planning our next visit to Summer Daze
