Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because the views are spectacular. I love sitting in the back yard, admiring the wildlife. I enjoy looking for whales, watching the sea lions play and swim by. Bald eagles will land in the yard sometimes taking a break from trying to catch fish. It's the place I can completely wind down and relax.
What makes this property unique
The oceanfront stunning views make it unique and it's a lovely 1 mile walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat and stroll through the shops looking at unique art and gifts.
