Jill and Tom were very nice hosts with a nice clean basement apartment in a convenient spot. It's a nice place to access both downtown and hwy 6 to the mountains. The proximity of a park and the Cherry Creek trail are added bonuses!

A great VRBO choice!!

We would highly recommend staying in this quiet, super clean, comfortable apartment. We found it very convenient to the downtown area, SanteFe district and so many other areas. We especially appreciated that we were able to cook and dine there with our family. Thank you Jill & Tom- it was lovely!

Great Area

Jill & Tom where great hosts for my two week vacation, they pointed out some "must see" sites and made sure my stay at their rental was comfortable. The apartment was in walking distance to Denver's many attractions whether your walking or driving.

Great location,Awesome bargain

This one bedroom fully furnished with large kitchen was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants,and near light rail station(short easy walk). Apt is in Art district so plenty of sights can be enjoyed. I can't wait to go back.

We had an excellent 5-night stay here. The owners were extremely helpful whenever we asked for anything, whether it was some extra heat sources (it got unusually cold) or recommendations on places to visit. The apartment was very clean and furnished well, including with everything you'll need to prepare some meals in the kitchen.

Great location! It was perfect for our weekend getaway!

So close to downtown, we were able to uber everywhere. The owners were so friendly & accomadating! They also were able to handle our giggles all night! (Sorry bout that)
