Whether you're starting your morning with a breath of fresh air or winding down after a day of exploration, our inviting porch offer the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection Luxurious sleeping accommodations for every guest. Separate ensuite with king bed and luxury shower and separate soaking tub. A second king size suite awaits with private full bath. A queen bedroom, and additional room with bunk beds with a full, trundle and single bunk above, and a shared hall full bathroom with double sinks. The great room also features a pull-out sofa and a full bathroom, which can be used as a 5th bedroom. There's a variety of space for everyone to get a good night's sleep. Whether you're exploring the town or simply enjoying the comforts of this lovely house, we'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put things back where they belong (where you found them) furniture, kayaks, decor, etc.Make sure all exterior doors are locked on top and bottom, including screen room door. Close curtains and blinds.
Put towels and sheets in laundry area and trash in trash receptacle at end of driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
