Condo was immaculately clean and well decorated and stocked with everything you'll need. The host Lola is very nice and responsive. The location is on the North Side so there is not much selections for restaurants, and only 1 very small convenient store that is about a 15 min drive, so make sure to stock up in George Town on groceries, condiments and snacks before hand.

Great condo. A bit tight for five of us but we did fine. Excellent view on the Kaibo Yacht Club bay. Easy access to East End, Rum Point, Crystal Caves. One disappointing night with no bioluminescence boat tour due to bad weather but otherwise great vacation spot.

Great view of the beach and water. You can walk right onto the sand from the back door. The pool and hot tub are steps away. You can wake up and watch the sunrise from your bed (a very comfortable bed). You can walk right next door to Kaibo and enjoy a meal with your feet in the sand. Starfish point is a short walk or drive. Wonderful!

Fabulous Property

We have just returned from a fabulous Christmas and New Year stay at this beautiful condo directly on the beach. The property itself was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The view was stunning and the host, Lola was very attentive and easy to communicate with at all times. It was just perfect in every respect.

A very comfortable condo with a lot of space for two couples. Located at Kaibo with very good facilities. A very relaxing place to stay away from the Seven Mile beach crowds. Lola was a very responsive and attentive host.

Nice Quiet Place to Stay

We had a great stay. This is a nice quiet area with pool that we often had to ourselves. The views are beautiful, we watched sunrise and sunsets. Very close walk to Kaibo for meals. Condo was great to have 2 bedroom, 2 bath with everything we needed including washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Host was quick to respond.

Quiet sanctuary

A complete relaxing vacation. The soft sand beach is your yard during your stay. The condo had everything that we needed from sleeping accomodations to cooking needs; very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The winds were calm during the night and gradually picked up during the day for a gentle refreshing breeze off of water. About a quarter of a mile walk down the road brought us Starfish Point, the winds were even calmer there. Great place for snorkeling. Local campers dot the area.

Fantastic North Side Condo

The condo was very clean and decorated with island touches. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including a bbq. Washer & dryer were handy to have, pool is 15 steps from the back patio. Make sure you get your groceries at Fosters by the airport for best selection & price. Rum point beach which js a 5 minute drive is a great place to swim, snorkel & enjoy the beach. Lola is a great host, very communicative.

Relaxing Condo

Great spot for a family. The host provided plenty of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc) and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We especially enjoyed the blender to make frozen drinks. The A/C works well. The king bed was very comfortable. When you walk out the back sliding door, there is a fully screened porch with a table where we enjoyed many meals and played cards in the evening. The back door is just steps from the pool and hot tub. Chairs and tables were always available on the beach. We also really enjoyed hunting for wildlife in the rocks outside in the ocean. Only a few min drive to Rum Point and walking distance to Starfish Point. She even supplied noodles, floats, life vest, chairs and a cooler which was very helpful when we drove to other beaches.

six week stay

Very comfortable. Just as pictured. Glorious weather. Small but very efficient kitchen- no wasted steps, we cooked most of our meals. Only a few steps to the pool and hot tub. Good snorkeling right in front of the unit. Less than five minute walk to a restaurant and also a ferry to Camana Bay. Peaceful and quiet. We definitely recommend this condo.

A wonderful owner, a comfortable condo, and a relaxing quiet property. What could be bad?

We found the owner to be incredibly responsive to all of our needs before, during and after our stay. We were three adults (one couple and a single) and we had more than enough room to share and privacy when we wanted it. The condo is also well stocked with amenities. Thirty steps to the water, the beach just out the door, and a lovely pool as an alternate to the sea. The starfish, easily visible along the shore, were also a bonus. Although we found the island to be somewhat pricey, this condo is a great and affordable deal.

Tropical paradise

This beach/pool side condo provided the exact atmosphere we hoped to experience on Grand Cayman Island. It was so peaceful with lots of loungers outside to relax by the ocean or pool. It was walking distance from a great cafe and restaurant. The lanai was a great space to enjoy the warm of the evening and during our meals. The pool shower and outdoor condo shower was great to minimize the sand entering the condo. The beds were super comfortable. We all slept so well. It was a great space for our family of 4. Lola was very responsive to any questions.

Perfect Family Stay

We loved staying at Lola's condo on Rum Point. Her unit is steps from the pool which was perfect for our 3 kids. The proximity to activities that we did (Cave Tour, Bio Bay, Parrot Sanctuary) was perfect. We just planned out drives over to Camana Bay, Cemetary Beach and the Turtle Center and made a day of it. Would definitely stay on Rum Point again for the quiet/peacefulness. Lola provided towels and there were some beach toys left. Make sure to plan for buying condiments/spices/oils etc. if needed. We also had to utilize her first aid kit that had sting wipes (jelly fish are abundant on Rum Point side). Overall a wonderful stay, we loved the location and waking up next to the water each day.

Absolutely loved this condo

The entire thing was such an easy process. We had great communication with Lola from the first night we arrived. We loved everything about the condo, especially being right on the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. If I can make one suggestion, it would be to add some items for your renters. For example, an ice chest, chairs/umbrellas to take to the beach, enough snorkeling gear. These are all little things that we’d had other owners do for their guests that just sealed the deal. However, even without these items, we had such a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to come back.

Amazing stay

My family stayed here for a week in early January and had an amazing time! This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two kids. The pool is right next to this unit which was a great surprise! Waking up and walking out onto the beach was the best way to start our day! We spent most of our time on the beach and by the pool at the condo but we did have a couple days at rum point which was very fun and very close to the condo. We also walked to starfish point, although we saw more starfish in the shallows of the beach outside our condo. The cafe and food at kaibo is delicious and we loved that it was such a short walk with kiddos. Really the perfect place to vacation and stay while visiting the Cayman Islands. Lola was so helpful and easy to get in touch with. She was in communication every couple of days just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time. Check in and out was the easiest I have ever experienced. Truly felt the most relaxed after this stay! We will be booking again for next winter!

Christmas in Cayman

Spents 8 days here over Christmas. Our family of 5 was in need of some rest and relaxation - this property delivered. Very quiet and comfortable location, comfy accommodations inside and tranquil beach out the patio door with star fish. The hot tub was used regularly. Very short walk to Kaibo for eats and drinks. Piers are two minutes away for water taxi and excursion trips. Short walk to Rum Point, not much was open as they are still repairing from Hurricane Ian. Utilized Grisholms Grocery for delivery as we did not rent a car. We had a most wonderful time and will likely return to the island. Lola is very accomodating, and very well connected around the Island. Wonderful person to her core. Wonderful Island Vacation

Amazing condo, Great location!

This condo was on the main level and steps from the water. The photos do not do it justice. The condo has just recently been updated with new furniture, fresh paint, and tile. Lola, the owner, was extremely helpful. When we arrived on the island, Lola had already stocked the refrigerator with the groceries we requested a few days prior. After being there a few days she gave us a call and asked if we would be interested in a snorkeling trip with her friend Dave. We met Dave just 100yds from the condo on the dock and went snorkeling all afternoon. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and very clean. When we come back to the island, we will definitely stay here again.

Very Quiet but limited options

If you want a quiet, away from the crowds, experience, this is the place for you. The view from the porch is beautiful and unobstructed. An excellent pool and hot tub are steps away. The Kaibo Restaurant, next door, and nearby Rum Point are excellent places to hang out for drinks and dining. Everything else is miles away. There are snorkeling and other water activities locally but the vast majority launch from the western side of the island, so your choices are limited. Drive time to the airport, downtown areas, 7 mile beach is 45 minutes, minimum. This is not the place to stay for a first time visitor to the island. The owner was very responsive and accessible; far better than most anywhere. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and well furnished but is showing its age. The dishwasher needs replacing, as even a large dinner plate will block the spinner, which is poorly designed and located. The door to the washer/dryer falls off its rails and the dryer control knob falls off with every use. The ice maker is very slow but ice trays are there to supplement. Dishes and glasses are fine but pots and pans, especially for frying, are of low quality. Knives are cheap and very dull. This is a common issue with condos and I usually bring a small knife sharpener with me, but forgot this time. I don’t know why owners never provide a small, cheap knife sharpener, which easily sharpens low quality knives. Along with its small size, this kitchen is not designed for people that like to cook. The single TV requires three remotes to operate and takes a while to figure out, as there are no instructions in the unit. Channel choices are very limited and popular stations, like Fox News, are not available. Netflix is available. Overall, despite its shortcomings, this condo is a good value for its price and I do recommend it. Lola is an excellent owner and sincerely interested in providing a good experience for her renters.
