This upgraded farm house from the 1800's is modern, clean, and ready for you. A new 600+ sq st deck, fire pit, outdoor spaces, modern kitchen, and renovated bathrooms, this is a place to relax, enjoy nature and let your mind rest.

Grocery stores, Wallkill Farms, Mohonk (12 mins away)
- 10 mins to New Paltz
- 15 mins to Kingston
- 1 hr 30 mins to New York City

This is the fresh, open, and relaxing escape you've been looking for!

The house is located off the beaten path but not isolated. The neighbors are wonderful and friendly. Our neighborhood is also very eco, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented communities friendly.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs; both with queen beds. One full bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms (the largest) has a working station, closet, drawers, and sofa for reading. The other bedroom has a stationary exercise bike

There is a walk out basement that is converted into a bedroom with a full bathroom with floating tub, dual-head showers, drawers, and double vanity. This also has a working station.

Lastly, the house is fully renovated with tankless water heater (never run out of hot water), modern kitchen, new bathrooms, and all new furniture.

Spacious and charming home

We were pleased to find this three-bedroom home for a long weekend stay in the area visiting other family. We had four members of our family, and we were pleased that there were enough bedrooms for all of us to have a quiet room. The gardens outside are lovely. We had a few minor hiccups getting settled in, but the host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We would most definitely stay here again.
