Beautifully decorated and updated, two bedroom, two bath condo on the seventh floor. This unit has been fully updated! The living room has all new leather furniture with new tables and oversized rug over luxury vinyl flooring. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress (2024) and private bathroom with custom shower, and laundry room. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed with a full bath. There is also a daybed off the dining room. Huge 9x40 balcony with plenty of seating and lounge chairs to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views and spectacular sunsets.
First floor, convenient covered parking.
Free beach service is included with this unit: two lounge chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 706 was absolutely beautiful and clean. It has absolutely everything you should need in your own homes kitchen. It was decorated very nicely. The master bath is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony has more than enough room to enjoy the ocean view. There is only one suggestion that I would make, and that is to get a new mattress in the guest bedroom. It’s not that it’s uncomfortable. It just makes noises every time someone turns over. That is the only reason that we did not book this unit for next year. If this issue should be resolved, we would definitely be back to renting 706.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent for at least a month every year. I have enjoyed the convenience of the location to all our favorites. During November they schedule all the big maintenance jobs, which is a bit unnerving. They had to enter our unit 3 separate times and the parking deck was a free for all. The mattress in the master was a cloth covered spring set. I could handle for a weekend, but not a month. I had to bring a mattress topper 😐. The staff in the past has always been super helpful in helping me reserve for the next year, but it really seemed like they couldn't care less. I also think the "registration fee" is just another way to get more $ from each guest, you HAVE to park your car. This year 3 other family members booked a month because I always do....I am looking at other places now.
