TRUE ski in, ski out with easy access to the main lift. Kitchen is well stocked, grill was top notch, hot tub clean and a good size, bedrooms and bathrooms clean, and we loved the big dining table for a large group to eat dinner together! We would definitely rent again!

We wouldnt go anywhere else in Granby! We have stayed here twice now and I think it gets better each visit. The host is wonderful, the amenities are perfect and everything we can ask for - the plus side it is a ski in and ski out at our favorite family friendly resort! Highly recommend.

Great place with family

This was a trip with Grandparents, our kids and grandkids. We go to Granby every year and this is the first year we have had a ski in ski out. The house was a good size for us. Was clean and accomodated our family well.

Christina is as very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The house was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean equipped with all of the appliances, flatware, toiletries, as well as fresh coffee, tea and other kitchen essentials for cooking!

Excellent vacation rental!

This vacation was an amazing experience! The house was beautiful and clean and spacious and perfect for us! It is right by the slopes, so skiing in and out was a breeze. Christina was an amazing host and extremely easy to work with! Highly recommmend!

Granby oasis!

This was the perfect house for 2 families to stay at! From check in to location; you can’t beat! And the hot tub was a fabulous plus. Communication with the home owner was fast and efficient. We will definitely be back and already trying to find dates to book again.

The living space was great as well as kitchen area. I’d say that 10 could sleep comfortably. 14 is a bit of a stretch depending on gender of kids.

Our cleaner reported several blood stains on the queen bed sheets & duvet, and that the play fort and loft sofa were not put away. We gave your group the benefit of the doubt and are disappointed 575 Escape did not merit a better review, especially as the exact room and bed details are provided in the listing, with the trundle bed using the exact same mattress as those on the bunk beds. If you had requested linens for the pull-out sofa, we would have been happy to provide them.

Perfect family friendly

My family and I loved this rental. It was very cozy and comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the convenient location to the lifts. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook! The kids enjoyed the fort pillows and the bunk room. Overall just a great rental! We will be back!

Perfect place for ski vacation in Granby Ranch

If you are thinking of ski vacation in Granby Ranch area, look nowhere else. This property is perfect for every aspect. And, I think the owner prepared this property for their own family and all the amenities are top of the notch. My family did feel llike at home throughout our stay. I will definetely come back!!!

Granby Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s place. She was very helpful and nice and responded quickly my questions. The home was clean and also very spacious for our group. The kitchen was the most equipped kitchen that I have encountered. The beds were very comfy and I slept so well while I was there. Thank you Christina for a great family reunion.

The house was a great layout and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. We needed help with the hot tub and the host was super responsive and someone came and got it adjusted really quickly. The beds were very comfortable too. We also loved the location. There is hiking trails within walking distance, as well as a restaurant at Granby Ranch where we went for dinner and to see a free live concert on the lawn. We would definitely recommend it!

The perfect place!

This house is as absolutely amazing! Great location to the lifts for skiing. We had two families in the house and the accommodations were perfect. Every detail was well thought out around the house from a functionality stand point. Everything was super clean and worked well. Communication with Christina was great, we even got in a bit early. We would definitely stay there again, in a heartbeat.

The home itself was wonderful — very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was also very nice and easy to communicate with.The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was that the neighbors seemed to be watching and filming whenever we went outside. I’m not sure if it was due to the home being a VRBO rental or if it had something to do with us being Hispanic, but it did leave us feeling uneasy at times. We were quiet and kept to ourselves, only going outside to walk the dogs or head out, so it was a bit surprising.This wasn’t the host’s fault, but perhaps a conversation with the neighbors or adding some additional privacy measures (like fencing or screening) could help future guests feel more at ease.Overall, the property was great, and the situation with the neighbors was the only drawback.

Great house in Granby Ranch for a perfect mountain getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home with family and friends! Right on the mountain. Just steps to the ski resort and restaurant at Granby Ranch for hiking and star gazing (Wow, the stars!). Newly constructed home that was clean and comfortable. Huge garage and parking spaces in the driveway. Quiet neighborhood! The amenities of the home were excellent! Great kitchen that was well stocked for our big group! Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Lots of space for hanging out or just relaxing. The fire pit and hot tub were fantastic additions! Both are on porches that were covered so able to enjoy, rain or shine! Owner was lovely and was attentive! She was readily available and communicated with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly, highly, recommend this property and owner! Great weekend getaway! We will be back!
