Delight in the creature comforts of this beach front condo with a newly renovated kitchen with all the necessary kitchen equipment awaiting the preparation of a gourmet meal, or just a pot of coffee. Master bedroom with king bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with double futon platform bed and futon sofa. Towels and linens available as well as washer and dryer in the unit. Televisions in the living room and master bedroom , both with DVD players. Wifi and cable available - network and password posted on modem. Accommodates two couples comfortably . Minimum rental one week.

Perfect Florida Vacation

This was our second time staying here. Carole is an excellent host! The location is great. It's as close as you can get to the airport and still have an ocean front stay. Beautiful views and nice clean beach. Everything you need to have a great vacation. We'll be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The condo was clean and well-appointed. Communication with Carole was great! The property is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous pool area and super-easy access to the beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance and the trolley stop is very close if you need to go anywhere else. We will be interested in rebooking for next year!

The location was great with many restaurants at your fingertips just as other reviews have noted. We are glad we chose this area. We took a trip to Clearwater and it was completely packed, people everywhere, kind of chaotic. As for the beach, it was very nice to have that short walk to and from. It was not over crowded, seemed to be family friendly. In conclusion, the stay, restaurants, and the beach were great! I recommend this area and this unit for sure!

Very nice complex. Nice beach. Even though it was July 4th week. The day after, we about had the pool and beach all to ourselves. Clean unit. Had everything you need. Such a beautiful and relaxing week. Clear water, a few manatee sightings. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Beach Access!

This property is very well mantained even though it's not the newest and biggest on the beach! The beachfront was steps away and had plenty of room. It was very easy to go from pool to beach and back...keeping your things in sight. The condo itself was clean and updated. The best perc was the automatic ice maker😍 along with the washer/dryer. I had everything I needed in the kitchen except a tea pitcher. The unit advertised a second tv with dvd in the master. It was no where to be found. So that was a disappointment. It should also be noted that while this is a non-smoking unit. Smoke from others nearby travels through the air vents. We even replaced the air filter to no avail. If you do plan traveling with a wheelchair, there is a small step landing to the front door. It will also be cramped trying to fit a chair into the bathrooms. Only 1 has a tub and it has no grab bars. Overall, this is a great place! You're away from the crowds and can really relax.

We so enjoyed the stunning beach view!!! It was simply amazing and the short walk to beach was so nice!!! We would have been more comfortable with a more updated unit. Carole was wonderful to communicate with.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Property was well set up to enjoy a week in the beach. Spectacular views! We didn't use the pool, but it has a very nice pool and outdoor grilling location. Also not crowded at all. Everything is well maintained and stocked. All you need is clothes and food.

Reddington Beach is quite but located in the center of everything. The condo was clean and had several useful toys for the pool and beach. The owner was a dream to work with. The whole facility was well maintained and clean. We will definitely return.

Great view of the gulf. Quiet location. Best stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental and I have rented several condos & houses in the last 6 years. Carole is a great host checking in via email to make sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely rent again.

Beach Wedding/ Vacation

Had an amazing trip! Have been coming this to condo since I was a kid and we had a small beach ceremony which was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the little things that you need. The view is always amazing. The only issues we had was a weird smell in the carpet in the master but other than that absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back next year!!!

This was a great condo in a great location. The condo had everything we needed for the beach

Loved this property. Came down for a family vacation with our two adult daughters and had a great time. Carole reached out right away to make sure we had everything we needed. Condo was supplied with beach towels and chairs, which is always appreciated! Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. And the ocean view was terrific!
