About this property

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Mena. This cool and tremendous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. With 2 bathrooms, including a bathtub, it's the perfect place for guests to unwind after a day of exploring. The house also offers amenities like heating, AC, Starlink WiFi, washer/dryer, fire pit, and very large garage. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the countryside and our house has to offer. Spacious nice house

The house was great plenty of room we had 4 couples stay the weekend everyone had their own room. The house was nice and the ride to wolf pen gap was less then 10 min by atv. Then we kept all our atvs and sxs in the garage for the night. We had a blast and will def be back to visit again.

I’m originally from a small town in East Texas and moved to Mena Arkansas in winter of 2015. We have two other properties in the area and I do enjoy hosting.

Why they chose this property

I love the area because it is 1 mile from the Ouachita river, which is good for floating and 2 to 3 miles from the Wolfpen gap trailhead plus the Fourche mountain trailhead. We are just far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet as well.

What makes this property unique

I believe this is a unique property because it has Mountain View, close to the river and ATV, trailhead. It is also unique because it is very spacious with four bedrooms and two baths and an open floor plan. There is also a fire pit and a covered back porch as well as enough garage parking for all the ATVs, which is pretty rare in this area.
