Located on the second floor, the main living space boasts a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one, making it ideal for hosting and entertaining! Make yourself at home and curl up comfortably on the extensive sectional as you watch a fun show or movie on the large TV. Put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with an exquisite homemade meal prepared in the home's well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze. Coffee connoisseurs will appreciate both Keurig and drip coffee makers. This level also houses a laundry room with a washer/dryer and three private bedrooms. The main suite boasts a TV, access to a furnished screened porch, and a luxe en suite bath. Go down a spiral staircase to reach the home's family room with a living area, a kitchenette (full-size fridge and sink), and three inviting bedrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests have the option to add pool heat for an additional fee. If this is a service they want, they need to call in and request more information.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
