Many issues can be resolved quickly when we're made aware in the moment, and it's always our goal to ensure every guest feels cared for during their stay. Regarding the beach access and information you received from the beach chair vendors, we're sorry for the confusion. The beach is not private, and unfortunately, it sounds like the vendor you encountered may have provided you with incorrect information. Personal beach equipment is allowed and we're sorry you didn't have the opportunity to use yours. Had we known at the time, we would have been happy to clarify things so you could fully enjoy the beautiful beach experience our area has to offer. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, it helps us improve for future guests.

We sincerely apologize that the unit was not cleaned prior to your arrival. The cleaners locked their keys in the car which caused them to arrive late and push your check-in time up an hour. A lot of people want to visit our beautiful beaches this time of year and it can get crowded with rowdy teenagers celebrating their Spring Breaks. Please accept our apology for the ice dispenser not working properly. Extra ice trays have been added and the inspector has reported that the ice maker is working. Normally trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays year-round. We also have someone pick trash up on Saturdays, when someone is checking in. The light above the dining table has been replaced.
