Damage Protection Fee:
The damage protection fee is built into your reservation booking total. This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may occur during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to MEMORY LANE before or upon check- out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300.00 . Any damages that exceed $300.00 will be charged to the guest. The guest shall be responsible for ALL damages or alterations caused by the guests and damages or alterations caused by any person within the guest’s party during the specified rental period. Should any damages or alterations be noted upon inspection after the guest departure, the guest agrees to pay for the entire cost of repairs. Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged If the charges or damages exceed the guest credit limit, the guest agrees to pay the difference immediately.

Great place stay to catch a Cubs game

Host was very responsive and accommodations were clean and well kept. Great location for Cubs fan as stadium was a block away. Would stay again

Great place in a great location

This is a great place to stay a block away from Wrigley Field. It’s also really close to the train and a lot of dining options. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We had a slight hiccup with the check-in process that was resolved with the host. I highly recommend staying here especially if you’re traveling with your family.

The condo was just as pictured. The location for our family was great! You can see Wrigley Field from outside the house. The host was very responsive. We'd stay here again.

convenient to cubs game and restaurants. Host was very responsive to questions etc. Just need to change description of amenities. Make sure to state it's on 2nd floor also. I would stay here again.

Wrigleyville was wonderful

I absolutely loved the Wrigleyville location! Just blocks from historic Wrigley field and the neighborhood bars & restaurants. You can't beat this location and the very reasonable rental price. The host, Jessica, was very friendly, answered questions in detail and promptly, was very accommodating. The suite was very clean, spacious, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to contact the host on my next trip to Wrigleyville !

Perfect location for Cub games

There was an issue w/ VRBO in that the place we clicked on to book was another unit in the same building. We thought we were getting a place w/ 3 beds as the ad showed, but it was the ad for the other unit and not this one. So we only had 2 beds for 3 adult men. Again, this was a VRBO issue and not the owners fault. She did her best to accommodate and got an air mattress & sheets for our 3rd person. It's an older residence but was fine for our needs. The location is absolutely perfect as you can walk everywhere in Wrigleyville. There are tons of bars and various places to eat. The neighborhood is clean and safe, absolutely loved it. The owner was responsive and great at communicating.

Great location but….

My family of 4 (mom, dad, 2 teens) recently stayed 5 days in this apartment & loved the location—right in the heart of Wrigleyville, near public transport and great restaurants. The A/C worked great during a heatwave, and the apartment was generally clean.However, the listing showed 3 beds, which influenced our decision to book, but it only had 2. We had to use an air mattress in the dining room, which made using the table difficult. You’ll also hear noise from the upstairs unit—light sleepers, bring earplugs.Parking was a major issue. Despite being told permits would be available, none were provided. We spent 350 on SpotHero and Uber instead.Several listed amenities were missing—no soap, shampoo, enough toilet paper, or coffee. We made multiple trips to Walgreens just to get basics.Laundry machines in the basement worked well but were coin-operated (1.50 per load). Bring quarters—local banks helped us out when stores wouldn’t.Overall, great location but several practical issues to be aware of.

Hi Kendra, I’m happy to hear that you had a good time in the area. We really are right in the heart of everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. I’m also very glad to hear that the space was clean and that the air conditioning worked. It was hot and that could have been bad! Not sure why the listing showed 3 beds, but there are 2 queen beds so it does sleep 4. I do provide an air mattress if people need one, but most people put it in the office (3rd bedroom) so it’s out of the way. The space really is pretty large though, so even in the dining room, you should have plenty of space. Parking is not provided and is by permit only, just as the listing states that parking is available for a fee. I sent a message asking if you needed parking, but you never responded. Many people do not drive when they visit, so this is not unusual. My listing also does not state that I provide soaps (but I do provide dish tabs, hand soap and dish soap) so I’m not sure where that misunderstanding came in. I do provide 2 rolls of paper towels, many trash bags and 4 rolls of toilet paper. This is pretty standard, but I am sorry that you were disappointed. I try to make everyone comfortable and happy, so I hate that this wasn’t the case for you.
