Property was great! Only issue was there wasn’t a hair dryer in the “guest” bathroom. Other than that, it was a great stay. Kids (ages 5 & 6) loved all the things to do. The ice cream shop was great too!

The resort is nice, the room is fairly represented in the ad. It’s a bit dingy and beat up, in need of a coat of paint, a deep scrub, and a new rug, but there were no immediate cleanliness issues and everything worked fine. Most of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans were present (no can opener or scissors though) and there were enough towels. For the price we have no complaints.

This was perfect for us. Being on the 3rd floor was best. We used the stairs all week and avoided the elevators. Beach chairs being provided are definitely a bonus as they are expensive to rent. The condo had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Views from the large balcony were amazing, especially sunset. We will be back and rent from Josh again.

It was decent booking for the price but there were fees we were not notified about along with advertising free beach amenities when there was none available to us like beach chairs and umbrella. As well as pool and hot tub was not fully functional or accessible. Location was very nice.

Spring Break

Spring Break trip with our daughter and her best friend. We loved everything about the condo! Great location, and the two reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach was a bonus! We would stay there again.
