In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 7, the maximum allowed occupancy is 16, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

Live the dream! As the owner's primary residence, this limited 10-week rental is impeccably maintained and constantly improved. The reviews speak for themselves. It boasts direct beach access, stunning ocean and golf views from multiple decks, a private pool and spa, a gourmet kitchen, and seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The main level includes the living and dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, media room with 80” flat-screen TV, king bedroom with bathroom, and powder room. The second level houses the oceanfront primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a king bedroom with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with private bathroom, and a spacious laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. The third level offers a family suite with king bedroom and four bed bunkroom, which share a bathroom, as well as a second oceanfront primary suite with king bed and bathroom. The ground level offers a four car garage, storage for golf clubs/beach items, a Traeger smoker, two outdoor showers, a Hoshizaki ice machine, and a full size refrigerator.

This home includes a ping pong table, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, beach canopy, numerous outdoor beach games/toys, and spices/condiments for your convenience.

It is located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation yet is walking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and East Beach Market.

A mid-week clean is offered complimentary.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from on Kiawah and in the Charleston area, and many private chefs available.

Top Notch Beachfront Rental

7 adults and 6 teenagers filled this home with room for a few more, and the place is exceptional! The views of the ocean and Turtle Point hole 14 green were amazing, the rental agent communication was outstanding, and the house lacked nothing that one would need for a week on Kiawah! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Felt like royalty!

This was my large family's first trip to Kiawah and let me tell you- this place did not disappoint! It is drop dead gorgeous, spacious, clean and the property manager was so helpful. He was there when we checked in, gave us a tour and made sure we got settled in okay. The customer service was amazing.

Perfect Rental Home

Kiawah is one of our favorite vacation spots. We love the beaches, the golf and all that the area has to offer. The house is a grand home with all the amenities one would ask for and more. The kids adored the pool was a wonderful feature as well as the outdoor showers which fit our needs so well. We really appreciated the proximity of the house to the beach, you have your own private boardwalk which was perfect because we had two that were just learning to walk. The house is exceptionally spacious with excellent bedroom and full bath facilities. The common areas were very spacious and comfortable with tv's in all rooms including bedrooms. This is too beautiful of a home. Overall, we would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others. Thanks again!

We had two families with a total of 12 people. This home was perfect for us. We totally enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very helpful showing us around the home at arrival. The home was spotless, you can tell it's a newer property. The location is perfect with views of the course and ocean views. You have your own beach access! I was very satisfied with the stay overall and if we come back we will be looking here first! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Amazing Home on Nicklaus Lane

Amazing house, great location and beautiful views! You can tell the owners spared no expense. The house is very accommodating, beautifully decorated, has lovely high end appliances and a well appropriated kitchen (I like to cook, and there is a wine cellar). The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in many rental properties. I just can't say enough. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay, and we loved that a property manager met us at the house to explain the ins and outs to us. The bike trails are the best! We loved riding through the gorgeous neighborhoods and on the beach! So much to do here. This location is our family's favorite! You are right on the beach and practically every room has a view. The outdoor showers were definitely a plus, so that the little ones weren't tracking in sand all week. We will definitely be looking into returning next summer. Thank you!

The best property we have stayed at!

This year was our fourth year at Kiawah with our family of 16 people, and this house was by far our favorite! It is a perfect vacation week home for us -- clean, well-kept, with plenty of room, no crowding, beautiful surroundings, and lovely spaces and opportunities to get together. The home is updated with the most advanced gadgets, and we even had a wine cooler. You really cannot beat the view of the golf course and then out to the ocean! When we return we will be looking into this rental again first and foremost.

The gentleman who greeted us and gave us a quick tour was so nice and accommodating. The house is very open and inviting and we spent most of our time outside on the many decks/balconies enjoying the views. We didn't want to leave! We've been to Kiawah many times and this is one of the best!
