Imóvel super preparado para receber famílias. Móveis e utensílios de qualidade, condomínio de alto padrão, piscina enorme, área de lazer completa e próximo à praia. O proprietário é muito atencioso e cuidadoso para que a estadia seja a mais agradável possível.

Apartamento bem completo com ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala, Sky com excelente grade de canai

As maquinas de lavar loucas e de lavar roupas ajudam bastante. No início assustou um pouco o pedido de cheque caução, porque eu ja aluguei alguns apartamentos naquele condomínio e nunca me pediram isso, mas no final deu tudo certo com a devolução do cheque. Outro fato que causou um certo transtorno foi a informação que o proprietário passou com relação a necessidade de exame médico para entrar na piscina. Tivemos que correr para conseguir e no final nada foi exigido. Aliás das várias vezes que aluguei apartamentos naquele condomínio nunca foi exigido exame médico. De qualquer forma o proprietário foi bastante solícito ao entrar em contato com o responsável pela piscina para não exigir exame, apesar de termos levado e não ser exigido de ninguém. A cama é bastante confortável e os travesseiros também, garantindo uma boa noite de sono. A cozinha possui bastante assessórios. O Corretor que me recebeu é bastante atencioso, apesar de eu ja conhecer o Zelador Sr. Kleber, que também estava na recepção. Com certeza esse apartamento estará em uma das minhas opções em Riviera, inclusive por ter sido cobrado um preço justo.

Uma ótima opção em Riviera

O apto estava limpo, organizado. O tamanho é apropriado para o máximo de pessoas descritas confortavelmente. Possui cozinha bem equipada, conseguimos cozinhar normalmente. O condominio é realmente muito bom, diversas opções de lazer. Muito perto da praia. Ótimo para ir com crianças. Vamos voltar com certeza. Indico!!!
