Excellent 135 m2 apartment 70 m from the sea, with electric barbecue and Wi-Fi

Apt. With 135 m2 floor area, two garages, suite, terrace, beach service, walk in the sand, 70mts from the beach. It has swimming pool for adults and children. Excellent living room, all equipped with television, refrigerator, freezer and etc. It also has very comfortable sofas and dining table for 8 people. It also has a beach service with two umbrellas, 5 beach chairs, if necessary I have 3 extra chairs, a super market type to carry the shopping, access to the beach through the garden (PI), no need to cross the street, location on the beach with marquee space for umbrellas, benches in the garden for rest and reading. The apartment has a protective screen for children, plasma TV, stereo, besides the three bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, also has maid's room with ceiling fan and full bathroom.

Passamos o ano novo no apartamento da Waldete e curtimos cada segundo. O ape é muito amplo e arejado, bem próximo da praia e prédio proporciona bastante comodidade como o serviço de praia e a máquina de gelo. Os funcionários do prédio são muito queridos e a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa, férias de verdade sem dores de cabeça!
