Conveniently Located Quiet Community 2 Bedroom Apartment in Mechanicsburg

When you arrive, you will pull into the parking spaces next to the apartment. You're apartment is in building 5405, #1, and is marked well and easy to find on the left side of the building. There is a lockbox inside the patio shed for you to access a key. Enjoy nice days outdoors on your own private patio, and sip your morning coffee while enjoying the quiet of the large courtyard. Inside you will a modern, newly remodeled kitchen. Nicely equipped galley kitchen, with small island, and large table to seat up to 6 guests. This open concept leads into the living area with a full size sofa, smart tv and desk/work station. The wifi password is posted on the desk for your convenience. Then head upstairs one of two bedrooms. The first to your left has a queen size bed and double closets. There is a built in air conditioner in the downstairs living area and this first bedroom. The second bedroom to your right has a ceiling fan and a floor fan for some extra cooling if desired. Next to the bedroom is the full bath with a bathtub and shower. This apartment is close to many restaurants and shopping. You'll also find it only a nice walk or short drive to Bethany Village, 6-8 minute drive to Messiah University or Messiah Village, 15 minutes to downtown Harrisburg or Carlisle Fairgrounds, or just 25 to HersheyPark. Or feeling like taking a day trip to Gettysburg Battlefield, Gettysburg Outlets or Lancaster Amish Country only a 45 minute drive away. Only minutes from the PA Turnpike, Rt 83 and Rt 81. Conveniently located to so many great places!

Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood

Apartment was very nice and had everything we required. Only complaint was the air-conditioning unit in yhe master bedroom was quite loud. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment with great host

Apartment was exactly as expected. Very clean and well-decorated in a very nice little neighborhood. Feels safe and comfortable. Mardell was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We rented this spot while we attended a conference nearby. It is so cute and had what we needed. The upstairs did get hot with only one A/C unit in the master bedroom, but we made it work to keep the area cool enough for my daughters. Mardell is so responsive, helpful, and her home was tidy and great. Highly recommend. :)

This home was beautiful and beautifully kept. The host was easy to get in touch with and always kind. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it all stars is because it was 90 degrees out and the living room air conditioner wouldn’t turn on except the fan and the smaller bedroom had no air at all. Leaving it unused at night. The one in the bigger bedroom was so loud it scared meOut of my sleep. Aside from that small detail, I would stay here again and again. Thank you.
