When you arrive, pull into the carport and step up to a welcoming front porch and cross the threshold into Paddock House. High ceilings, warm colors and lots of natural light are throughout.

Living areas are both spacious and intimate. A comfortable living room is ready for lounging with task lighting and large windows with long views. The formal dining room has a vintage chandelier and walnut drop-leaf table.

The unique glazed-finish hall leads up to 3 simply-appointed bedrooms (queen, full and full). Each room has overhead lights, working windows, large closets and gable-sloped ceilings. The bathroom is updated with new fixtures, LED mirror and natural light.

The full-service kitchen is stocked with the basics. Cook yourself a great Ithaca meal. The kitchen leads to a large sunny 3-season room that overlooks the garden.Take the steps down, or use the wood-railed ramp, to reach the large fenced backyard. People and pets can enjoy the space with frivolity and privacy.

Within a few blocks of Paddock House are coffee shops, yoga studios, breakfast diner, restaurants, drug and grocery stores, playgrounds, parks and laundromats. Stroll along nature trails on Ithaca’s waterfront. Walk to the downtown Commons, the Ithaca Farmers Market, Stewart Park and more. Ithaca has wonderfully varied walking trails and mostly flat safe biking. The iconic Ithaca Falls is close-by and lovely.

Cornell University is a 20-30 minute hike or bus ride to Campus. Ithaca College is a 15-minute drive.

I have lived in Fall Creek for 30 years. It's supremely walkable, historically significant, full of kind spirited community-based individuals and families. Great place to live and love.

What makes this property unique

The Paddock House is a hundred years old and has great vibes. There's a lot of loving care visible throughout the home and I've worked to sustain that. We're in a close-knit neighborhood; it's a Perfect Location for being close to nature and close to community. Ya gotta love it!
